They are expensive and charge for everything but the tech was nice.

Good service and quality. Mark up on parts and labor were more like commercial rates instead of residential / home owner rates. I would not be able to afford them if needed again!

MJ came out the same day that I need them, but I paid dearly for the emergency repair after the tenant left the property. They augered a plugged toilet, which would not flush after plunging. The tenant never informed me of the problem, and it overflowed into my dining area underneath. They tried to fix it themselves. They also obviously locked their dog in the bathroom, and he chewed through the water line to the toilet. There truly is no reason that a plumbing company cannot provide an estimate photos. I would recommend getting an estimate first. Plumbers are very expensive, and this was actually about $200 more than I expected. Overall I would recommend in a pinch. I have not had any issues with their work.

The techs were courteous and respected our home. They also answered any questions we had. The office worked with us on scheduling the work and setting up the county inspection. We would use them again.

They showed up quickly and got the job taken care of quickly as well. You are definitely paying more using Morris Jenkins but it is worth it if you’re in a pinch

The two technicians did a great job and were very professional. They put down paper to protect my floors. No mess left behind.

I had a leaky toilet and called a few other plumbers on this site but no one would answer or return my call. I called Morris-Jenkins and they were so nice on the phone and got someone out there the same day. Marvin came in looked over both of my toilets, wrote out some options with prices. He fixed my toilet and was so nice and professional. I was hesitant to use Morris-Jenkins because I heard they are so expensive. They are expensive, but you do get what you pay for.

Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and the correction that needed to be made. I was advised in advance as to the fee for a service call and I felt that it was reasonable. Would use them again.
