Tried to up-sell me with things I didn’t need. Extremely expensive. Tried making the job more than what it was.

Very expensive. $350 to reinstall a toilet that took 30 minutes at most.

The service man (I think his name was Vinson ) was very professional and friendly, he was diligent in solutions to salve my plumbing and sewage problems. I will recommend Morris-Jenkins to others.

Jason did a great job servicing the unit and determining the issue. If you plan on being proactive with your equipment the preferred service is worth the price.

They installed a touch facet for me and my wife. It was rather expensive considering it only took them about 30 mins, but it was worth it for me not to have to climb under the sink.

I recently starting calling Morris Jenkins, and they have been to my house 3 times. Two minor repairs, and a heater install. From sales to office/dispatch management to the techs, everyone down the line has done a good Job. Mike Birch is no exception. I'm not a big fan of the commercials, but I was finally persuaded by them to make the call to Morris Jenkins, and I'm happy I did.

Frankly I was not very eager to hire Morris Jenkins. They have a reputation of up selling customers and pushing product sales. I had that experience with another HVAC company in the last two months. I want my problem fixed in a timely manner. I want good customer service. I want to work with the company, develop a relationship of trust and then when I need the bigger more costly replacements. Not on the first visits by a company. Well Randy the technician was great. He fixed the problem. Waited to make sure it didn’t happen again. And talked me through how to check on it in the future. It was a great customer service experience. My hope is that any future dealings with Morris Jenkins are similar to this one

The installers did a great job. I would recommend them.

They were really customer oriented

Diagnosed my problem quickly, then noted other areas of concern. Was very thorough in exploring what options were available to remedy existing and possible future problems, but wasn't pushy about adding extra work.
