pro plumber...really knew his job....found the problem quickly, and fixed it....

The work is top quality, but be prepared to pay through the nose. They work on a flat rate structure, not time and materials. My collection of plumbing odd jobs around the house requiring only 3.5 hrs to complete for which I provided almost all materials cost about $900. This cost was also nowhere near what the agent I originally spoke with told me to expect. Had I known it would approach $900 with these guys, I would have had another company out to my house.

Very timely, but extremely expensive. A Freon recharge with the trip charge was almost $700. I will only use this company if I need after hours service I am willing to pay a great deal for. That being said, the gentleman was very knowledgeable.

The repairman was able to come out that day. He was honest about the problem when he could have easily lied and told us a repair was needed when it was not. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We were happy overall with this AC company. People should know there is a $89 fee to just come out.
