The contractor should have used his leak detection equipment before putting a $560 charge into the system. It didn't make any sense to perform the test after adding the charge AND THEN finding a leak in the system.

Fixed the problem quickly. Everyone was very polite and efficient.

They did fine.

Wanted $800 for a $100 job. $89 to tell me that.

On time, kept me well informed of progress, with no adverse impacts to my property.

Tech Terry Luckey was outstanding. He was professional and friendly. I had a leaking kitchen sink sprayer. He provided me with several options and completed the service. In addition to the original problem he check the water pressure and found that it was extremely high @ 102 psi. He explained the problem and the risks involved. He returned the next day and installed a Pressure Regulating Valve on our main water line. He is a fine representative for Morris-Jenkins.

I had called to replace a washer in my guest room bathroom. I ended up spending $250 only because I could not take the dripping faucet any longer and my Home Owners Warranty did not cover it. But it is UNREAL to spend that kind of money after the Tech suggested I had to replace the entire pipe fittings.

Experience was great not at all stressful. I explained my problem and got different solutions to fix it. Options were in writing and easy for me to understand

Outstanding experience with Morris Jenkins. David walked into a stressful situation and was so respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. It is difficult to find integrity like that in the HVAC business.

Showed up within a half hour of me calling. good work, prices up front, and Chris was a cool guy. No complaints, except that it seemed expensive (again, not a big deal because it was quoted up front and I agreed).

Javier was the technician that came on site for our priority winter service. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Gave us good advice and we were very happy with our service.

Marc was on time and got right to work. After unclogging my sink and disposal he took the time to give me some tips on how to keep it from happening again.
