The technician came to my house, I had already taken the side panel off so we can look right in the air distributor. The technician then told me that I must have a cracked water pan. I said that makes sense, then felt what I thought he was talking about. He never confirmed by feeling the crack he just charged me for the home call and left. I immediately reached out to Morris-Jenkins and told them I need someone to come back out and identify the real problem. Then what happened was the most disgusting experience I have ever had with any company. (Including cable companies) they told me if I plan on doing the work myself and I am going to put my hand in there they cannot help me. I do not know how to fix an air blower. If the problem was as simple as a cracked pan, then anybody could put it in a pan. The person on the phone then told me they cannot help me. The only solution he offered was he will *try to refund my money.* This company is a disgrace and I personally cannot understand why they are as big as they are. If you have deep pockets and a blank check then this might be the company for you. If you are a typical homeowner and just looking to get a simple repair, then this definitely is not the company for you. Take some time and find a smaller reputable company in your area. Check with friends and neighbors who they might recommend. Definitely do not go with this company. Then again, if you enjoy working with the cable company you might enjoy Morris-Jenkins.

After the 4th visit we finally have hot watered. I and my wife were given 3 free months of the priority advantage totaling 60 dollars. Still, not satisfied or happy, but they did make it right at least.

They took their time to show me how to fix the problem, so it is great to learn more do it yourself. Great company.

They opened a ceiling when I do not think it was necessary and then gave a quote for repairs that was way out of line! I did not use them and saved 3/4 of what they wanted. Plus they gave me an estimate on replacing the entire bathroom when it was an easy repair!

I've attempted to hire Morris-Jenkins twice, and after paying their service charge to get estimates for A/C work and faucet repair, found their prices 2 - 3 times higher than I paid other competitors to do the work. I personally would not recommend them to do anything

Great service at a good price for the project! Got a response within 1 day and project done! Originally purchased equipment from Lowe s, 4 days went bye and no response! Also went through another plumber that got great from the subdivision newsletter, but he wanted to be paid overtime after 5 and did not work weekends! Thanks Norbert
