As a moving company they exceed all expectations while working together with the customer from the first moment you call in to the very end of the move and final transactions.

My family recently used Mayzlin Relocation services to move from NC to SC. Guys who came to pick up our belongings were very punctual, friendly and polite. They carefully packed everything so none of our things suffered any damages. Movers delivered on time and everything went smoothly as planned. I will definitely use Mayzlin Relocation for our future moves.

I do NOT recommend this company for moving. Iâ m not sure how they got any 5 starsâ ¦ definitely makes me suspicious. At first they were good, then when they got you on the hook itâ s all downhill. Ended up costing me $2,000 more than what I was quotedâ ¦ yes, thatâ s $2,000 not $200! I was told that it was because I took up more cubic feet in the truck and I also used more packing materials than they quoted me for. Excuse me but arenâ t they the professionals that do this for a living! Had they sent someone to my house to give the quote I feel it would have been more accurate as opposed to someone on the phone asking me how many boxes I thought I hadâ ¦ how the heck do I know how many boxes it will take to pack up an entire household?!?! And how the heck do I know how many cubic feet it will take up. Thatâ s what theyâ re supposed to know! Upon arrival to pack/pick up my stuff, I thought the â wardrobeâ boxes had a pole in them to hang stuffâ ¦ nope, they just crammed them full with clothes still on the hangers. Every piece of clothing had MEGA wrinkles, to the point that I had to wash or iron every piece. I inquired ahead about how many pieces a bar in the wardrobe box would hold and was told, â Iâ m not sureâ â ¦ not that they didnâ t have bars in them. Itâ s not a â wardrobeâ box, it just a bigger box than the usual. Now to the deliveryâ ¦ first off, it took longer than I expected. The communication was poor after the picked up. I called to check on it and was told they would deliver on a certain date but would call me the day ahead to give me a timeframe and then they would call an hour before they arrived at my door. I got no phone call the day aheadâ ¦ again I had to call and check on it. I got a text back that they would be here a day later than I was originally told. The day of delivery he was late arriving and there was only 1 guy to unload the truck! He didnâ t speak very much Englishâ ¦ I literally had to speak into a language translation app on his phone to communicate. I donâ t know how you send an employee that canâ t hardly communicate with the customer. At one point I asked Ashley if I could speak to her manager and she wouldnâ t give me their name or contact informationâ ¦ flat out refused! Iâ m not sure how that is acceptable customer service or even allowed. There were more minor problems but I thought I would highlight the big ones, hoping it will help you make the right decision. I got 6 quotes from different companiesâ ¦ I read the good reviews and went with Mayzlin. Donâ t make the same mistake!

He and the crew were awesome! we had no stress moving at all, it went off without a hitch and they took such good care of our stuff. Not a broken glass in sight! Highly Recommend.

The crew was professional, punctual, courteous, engaging... and funny! They handled our belongings with great care but were all about business... meaning they didnâ t waste a minute. This was our second move with your company and we were very very happy!

This Company is Great. He was fast, accurate and very nice. I requested service on a very short notice in high season and within a couple of days they offered their excellent service to me. I even asked them to deliver my stuff at a specific time, and they did it. Absolutely recommended.

The movers treated our furniture as if it were their own. They had to contend with many problems such as narrow stairways and doorways. They were wonderful!

The crew was efficient, helpful, took a positive approach to solving problems, and very careful not to damage house or contents. We moved approximately the same goods last year using a different company. In comparison Mayzlin Relocation easier to deal with, and cheaper.

They carefully packaged and wrapped our oversized items. They showed up exactly when they said they would. there was no dawdling, they worked hard the entire time and as a result, our move was unbelievably quick. Their office staff was helpful and courteous. Our move was a breeze, thanks to them.

We decided to look for help unloading last minute. They were able to squeeze us in on shot notice. The crew was prompt and professional. They got us unloaded very quickly.

The workers carefully boxed and wrapped my belongings and was very pleasant, patient, helpful (more than required) and also professional. My possessions arrived unaffected, undamaged and within the time I needed. This company is highly effective and reputable and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality services and affordable pricing.

He and his team were great. They were very professional, and clearly experience in moving. They did a great job packing/wrapping furniture thoroughly, carefully and quickly, and ultimately got us all moved within the initial estimated hourly window. Would highly recommend their services.

We had 3 movers and Packers, they were VERY organized and super nice! They got everything packed and loaded quickly. It is a tough job to do this for so many hours in the day but they kept good spirits, worked hard and were professional. Thank you!

These guys were responsive, showed up on time, and got to work. They hammered out my move in short order and did a great job packing the ridiculously large tv up for transport. All for a great price. Very satisfied, would hire them again.
