STAY AWAY from this unprofessional, untrustworthy, careless, and nickel-and-diming moving service. DO NOT TRUST the (questionably) high ratings of this company like I mistakenly did. Would give Mayzlin 0 stars if I could. We had issues at every step of our move. 10 hours late to pick up our items, completely unresponsive, Ashley in the office was extremely rude and kept making empty promises to give us money back, never allowed us to speak to the manager who was always away from the office. Did not guarantee a delivery date (very different from what David told us in the sales process), our items came broken and soaking wet, there was so much nickel and diming (ended up being double the initial quote), they even gave us someone else items and when we told them it was not ours they told us to just throw it out? these people should not be in business. Horrible services, extremely rude and unprofessional personnel, and quite unseemly business practices at every turn. Trust your items with another company.

Very professional at first but If they can screw your over with fine print, they will. Late pickup and delivery, damaged furniture, generally incompetent.

Excellent service. He was very responsive and was able to accommodate my last minute change requests as well. The people who came to load and unload all my stuff were very professional and thorough with their job. Will definitely use the services again if needed.

The guys were amazing! I had three moving pods to pack and what I thought was too much stuff, but they got almost all of my things into the first two pods. They got the job done in just about two hours. Very happy with the work!

Got me moved out of my 2bd apartment which was on the 3rd floor to my house. They were very efficient, careful with my belongings and got the job done in a timely manner.

They called before coming, and got here earlier then my time to look at what had to be done. Excellent work ethics, kept asking questions and kept me involved in the move as to what was being moved. And how I wanted/needed the items to be handled. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Extremely frustrating to work in part due to poor communication at their end. Also, the quoted price kept changing extensively even though nothing changed at my end. They were days late picking up my items, which caused me a lot of problems and money.

They were absolutely fabulous, efficient and did an amazing job! I only had to be tell them once were the only would go and they ran with it. Only wish I'd known about and used them with my prior move. Highly recommend!

They arrived on time and handled everything with care (even with a totally stuffed full truck). With unloading, they stacked boxes neatly in the garage and were willing to assemble any furniture we wanted.

These guys were fantastic. All 3 were very hard workers, barely stopping for 6 straight hours. They took extreme care with my furniture. This is the first move EVER for me where not a single item was broken. Canâ t say enough about these guys. I will recommend to all my friends and family for their moving needs.

Overall good experience with the actual move. However, I was told I could pay by credit card but ended having to pay over$11,000 in cash during a move when I didnâ t have a local bank. I had to borrow from my parents.

Mayzlin did a great job estimating the job and getting a great crew of movers. They were on time, very though and careful with our stuff. Would use again and highly recommend to friends and family.
