Description of Work: They came for the aeration and over-seeding for our front & back yard. They came on time even we purchased the service through Angie's list a couple of days before. In the past, I used three different contractors, and all of them were messed around surroundings (driveway, street and patio). But they did not, because they did not use engine equipment; thus, it was quiet and clean. Great job and they will come back in 2 weeks to make sure everything is OK. These guys are GOOD!

 + -1 moreThe job went very well. They came out for a walkthrough and provided as estimate (we obtained estimates from three companies) and were the most responsive to the work requested. We meet with them the second time to go over their quote and make sure that they understood the work requested and confirm their price quote. They started the work the next week and was completed in two days. At my request they came back and went over the operation and maintenance of the system in detail and were very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Reworked existing system by adding a new Sontroller, added Zone to system 2 spray head zones and one drip zones, replaced new Roto Heads, added 4" spray heads, changed all microsprays to drip irrigation.

 + -1 moreFrom the estimate to the completion of the job, the workers came on time and were pleasant to deal with. If there was ever any problem they were very quick to correct it. Their office staff is very pleasant as well. The owner came to check on the work periodically and was always there when he said he would be. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They did some irrigation work for me and re-sodded our entire back yard. They also did some lighting work for me.

 + -1 moreWhen the installation crew showed up, there were 5 of them and they had all of the equipment to do the job right. They worked 10 hours the first day and 5 the second day. When they were done and had put the mulch etc back in place, it was hard to tell they had even been in the yard. The only way my neighbors even knew was the flags where the heads were installed. They installed the control unit in my garage with no mess. They then spent over an hour running each zone and making final adjustments. Two days later Jim came by again and went through a thorough check of the system, walked the yard again and he made an adjustment. You cannot go wrong with Jim and Lawn Tech. He is a true professional and his crews reflect this in their work and even better, their caring attitude.
Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Lawn Tech for irrigation systems. Our first was in 1996 and they did an outstanding job both with the installation and with the maintenance over the next 8 years we lived in that house. This year I searched Jim Anderson and Lawn Tech out again. Jim showed up right on schedule, listened to us as we described what we wanted, walked the yard with us, and then prepared a drawing showing where the zones would go and what type of sprinkler head would be needed based on location. He then prepared a quote on the spot, which was much better than I was prepared for based on what some of our neighbors had been charged by other companies. He proposed 9 zones to properly cover our many flower beds and of course the bermuda lawn.
