Have used this company twice now and both times have experienced prompt, professional, friendly, high quality service at a fair price. What more can you ask?

GOOD EXPERIENCE. FYI: WE HAD 1ST CALLED ACTION PLUMBING ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON, LEFT A MESSAGE AND THEY NEVER RETURNED OUR CALL. ON TUESDAY, I CALLED DICKERSON AND THEY CAME ON WEDNESDAY.

They were very good and prompt. They did not charge me for parts because the company guarantees their parts, so I was only charged for labor. It was reasonably priced.

Ron knew just what needed to be done to fix the leaks, had the parts in his truck, and was very efficient. The company called before he came and Ron showed up on time.

This emergency situation happened on a Sunday night right before we were leaving on vacation the next morning, with loads of laundry waiting. They called us back PROMPTLY and were out to fix this emergency situation within an hour. The service man was knowledgeable, extremely professional and efficient. I would recommend them anytime.

As usual they are very prompt with their timing. They are very professional, and they clean up after themselves. They were able to fix the leak without me having to replace the fixture. They are very honest and forth right. They work quickly, are very considerate and polite.

Excellent. The receptionist answered the phone (no callback!) and scheduled a plumber for next day. He arrived on time as promised, and performed the work competently. He left the place clean, took away the old parts, and generally made the experience easy and pleasant for me.

Very polite and professional, outstanding work. A bit expensive ($108 per hour, other plumbers can be as low as $75) but worth it. They would not set a specific time for the appointment but gave me a 2 hour window during which the plumber would arrive. I will use these guys again.

The plumber was polite, explained what he was doing, and deferred to me for all decisions. He was here for about three hours and worked steadily, and in the end I paid $305 for parts and labor which is perfectly reasonable. Great performance.

The plumber was on-time and was very courteous. When I described the work to be done, he reminded me of the hourly rate ($108) and gave me a good estimate of the time that the job should take. The only negative comment is that it took quite a long time (in my opinion) for him to go and get the heater and return (about three hours). I believe that I was charged for the full time including his lunch time. Other than that, the work done was excellent.

They did a great job although the price was a bit high. They charge $100 per hour and since they came out twice, the cost was $200. The quality of work was well worth it and I'd recommend them to anyone!

The repair person left one faucet loose. When I called to report the problem, the company secretary was apologetic and immediately scheduled him to return the next day to fix it. He arrived on time both days. The price was fair and overall we are pleased with the work. I only have one complaint. The repair person was messy and did not clean up after he completed the job. He left bits of caulk and trash on the counter tops, in the tub, and all over the floor. This surprised me because we have used Dickerson Plumbing before for bigger, messier projects and the work area was almost as clean when they left as it was when they arrived.

Couldn't get past the initial calls where the call takers did not seem to know anything about plumbing. One lady had a bad attitude and left me on hold for 5 minutes. The other lady tried to help but had no technical knowledge. Awful experience.

The guy he sent over did not do a good job cleaning up. I contacted Jim and he apologized and reduced the bill.

As advertised. No problems. Showed up when said he would.

They were punctual and courteous and did a very good job but the price was very high.

Price for this residential service seems very high. I asked to double check the quoted number and was told the price was correct !

They worked on short notice after hour call on first night and worked to resolve problem over the next two days. Very appreciative of their availability to work me in to their schedule in light of the urgency of the matter.
