Extremely courteous, professional, efficient and friendly. Larry and Brian arrived on time, called to let me know they were on the way, cleaned up after themselves, did what they said they would, and were very pleasant to deal with - WHAT A CONCEPT! GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS!

Very positive. Technician was knowledgeable and spoke via Nextel to Mr. Dickerson re: the situation. Quote was more than I expected, not necessarily high because it is the only quote I've received. Would be more than happy to use them and/or recommend them based on limited experience.

Some confusion regarding scheduling initially, but very accommodating customer service and polite. Appeared reasonably priced and was thorough in giving me multiple options as appropriate.

The guy who came to my home was puntual and completed the job quickly and completely. He also came on relatively short notice. I did, however, think the service was a bit expensive.

The company responded promptly to my call, and the plumbers were friendly, capable, and did a good job. I should have specifically requested a free estimate when I first called, but they were kind enough to waive the charge, which would have been an extra $100.

I called Dickerson Plumbing when my water heater quit working. They responded quickly and spent time talking to me about replacement options. The first quote was for $1750 to replace the heater then Mr. Dickerson came out and said it would be $2400 and he would not be able to complete the job for 2 days (needed to order a part). I could not go 3 days without hot water and started calling other plumbers and I checked Angie's List again and found another plumber to come out and complete the work for half the price. When I called to cancel the job with Dickerson he wanted to charge me for the part he had to order.

They called me right back, he was prompt and professional. He was extremely nice and very efficient. He tried the plunger, didn't work but then had to use the snake. Good clean up. I would use again.

Ron was the representative who did the initial inspection. He arrived when the office said he would and was very helpful in explaining the situation. The excavation and repair crew was on time and cleaned up their work area at the conclusion of the job. I was very satisfied with the service.

We called Jim Dickerson Plumbing and Jim came out to do a quote (arrived on time as scheduled). He was professional and knowledgeable, and offered suggestions for our issues keeping in mind the cost. He called as promised the next morning to give us the quote and was able to have a plumber come out the next morning to do the work. Dwayne arrived as scheduled, was polite and knowledgeable, and did very professional work (it was a difficult job in a very small space). The cost was exactly as quoted. And I have to mention they have the best-looking trucks I've ever seen (with big water drops on them)! Being new to North Carolina and just moving into our house a week ago, we used Angie's List for recommendations and we could not be happier with the service we received from this company, especially during this stressful time. We will definitely be calling Jim Dickerson again with any plumbing work we may have in the future.

They wanted to sell a new toilet to replace the older Eljer unit to the tune of $550/$1100, depending on the model. Bill Hefner Plumbing had no problem fixing it.

The plumber arrived on time and hooked up the 3 faucets per the job specification. However, there was a question about water pressure in one of the faucets. They agreed to come out and look at the faucet again. The plumber said it was probably a manufacturing defect with the actual faucet. We decided to get a second opinion. Another plumber came out and said it was a clogged line. They unclogged the line and now the water pressure is back to normal.

They were knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. This is the second time I've used them, and I will use them from now on. The price is good, and everything else is great. They had a quick response.

The work was done in a short time span without any incidents. However, the representative of the firm was not very clear in what needed to be done. He quoted a price of $750 for the "part". When asked how much it would be to replace the water heater he stated that he did not know. When he returned he had a new water heater and installed it for $750.00.

They were extremely fast in coming out. He was polite and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Brian R. is the greatest! He is incredibly professional, but personable. He let us know exactly what he was doing every step of the way and made us feel extremely comfortable about the fact that our wall and floor had to be ripped up to do so. We would use them again in a heart beat!

I called around 9 am and they showed up before noon. Didn't balk at the difficult access to the shower plumbing, was friendly and congenial while having to work through a hole just big enough to fit 1 arm in. Cleaned up everything when he left and didn't overcharge for the little fittings and bits of piping and tubing he supplied. Charges on 15 minute intervals after the first hour.

Ron, the service guy was very professional and courteous. I was a little surprised that it took him an hour and a half to unclog this sink (and charge for this time). My experience in the past has been about an hour. Because of this, I thought the fee was a little high. Other than that, it was a very positive experience.

Plumber worked on the hot waterheater until problem was resolved. Overall good work and experience.

Brian R. was extremely professional and great to work with. I would definitely use him again. I loved the fact that he arrived with covers on his shoes so that mud/dirt did not get tracked through the house.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. We have used them multiple times at our house and at a condo we rent out for everything from unclogging a toilet to replacing a water heater to repairing a broken water line in our front yard. Their techs are courteous, professional, and very competent. They respond quickly and do their best to perform the job at a reasonable price. We have never felt gouged or taken advantage of. You may be able to search around and find someone a little cheaper, but, like everything else, you get what you pay for. We have recommended them to everyone, and everyone we know who has used them has had a similar experience. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ron came to my house, on time, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had to come back a second time, after letting subfloor dry, to reseat a toilet. He was helpful and cleaned up after himself.
