Arrived on time as as scheduled. I was very pleased with the repair.

The work was done well but the installer accidentally fell in the attic and put his foot through the ceiling causing damage.

After months of high water bills, I finally discovered where the leak was. It was located in a natural area that had a lot of extensive landscaping. I could see an area that was extremely wet but didn't know exactly where the leak was. I talked to Jim Dickerson on Monday, and he discussed options to correct problem. Jim was very helpful in explaining what could and could not be done. The 1st option was to see if the leak could be located and fixed. They made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon, and David, the plumber, assigned to the job, showed up right on time. He worked a couple of hours and was able to find the water line and locate the leak. He fixed the pipe, which had a small slit in it from a rock or something rubbing it without tearing up or disturbing the plants around it. It was my 1st experience with this company, and it was a great one.

Determined that whirlpool tub was leaking through the ceiling into my kitchen. Diagnosed that the issue was because of water leaking behind controls, embedded into side of tub and onto the floor under the tub. Recommended that the area needed to dry for several days and then silicone caulk should be applied to control edge to prevent further leakage.

Plumber was on time and very polite. He attempted to find leak from upstairs rather than rip up our ceiling to fix. Finally, it was apparent that it could not be found any other way and I told him it was fine to go through ceiling. He found the problem and went and got the part needed to fix, but first got a second opinion from another co-worker. I was visibly upset at one point that the job was getting bigger by the minute. He was very patient and polite (as opposed to me) and calmly explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem perfectly. He was a really nice guy and I would use him again. The leak is completely fixed to my satisfaction.

We discovered a leak in our hot water heater. It is located in the attic. Thank goodness there was a catch pan and drain, otherwise we would have had a disaster. Jim Dickerson Plumbing was scheduled to come in and perform the replacement. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. The technicians were on time and careful with the installation. We plan to use them again for any plumbing needs.

I was interested in having a tank less water heater installed in our home. Jim throughly explained how the system works and he advised that it probably would not provide the results I was hoping to achieve. I appreciate his honesty and concern that the product ''be right'' for our home. I will definitely use this company in the future for all plumbing needs.

I do not feel comfortable giving an overall grade as I choose to search of another plumber. However, since I can not continue with this report without an overall experience rating I am choosing (D) for my price quote experience. Likewise, the same (d) rating goes for only the price quote experience.

I scheduled the first call of the day (8-9am) in an attempt to minimize interference with my work schedule. 9:10 came and I hadn't received a call that the technician would be late. I found this to be unprofessional, especially since it was the FIRST call of the day. I called the office to inquire, the receptionist didn't seem to empathize with my frustration for the technician being late. After pointing out that I was scheduled between 8 and 9, she rudely said that he would be here soon. The technician himself seemed to know what he was doing, and was open to doing odds and ends to round out the first hour. A couple days after the work was done I realized I hadn't mentioned that I was an Angie's list member and called the office to see if I could still receive the discount offered. This receptionist was very polite and assured me I could still receive the discount. She even followed up with me a few days later to ensure I had received it. Not sure if it was the same receptionist.

Brian arrived to do the analysis of problem and quickly reached his conclusion. After phone calls to his office regarding models available for our situation, he explained the options and reason for the pricing, and he offered to return later the same day to replace the unit. My schedule wouldn't allow that, so he scheduled the installation appointment at the first time convenient for me.

Work was fast and efficient. Did call ahead before coming. Extremely courteous and professional. Work was done in 10 minutes!

Brian arrived, checked the powder room for moisture leaks, and did not find any. He installed 2 faucets in master bath. He checked under the crawl space and said we had a mold problem under the house. He was paid for the job and he left. That evening I noticed that the new metal pop up drains that came with the faucets were not installed and that the old scratched ones were still in the sink. The next morning I called and spoke with Brian R. He claims he did install the new ones. I asked him why they looked old and scratched like the ones that were in the sink before he arrived and he said the old ones are in the company dumpster. I told him I was going to call the owner and speak with him regarding this matter. I spoke with Jim Dickerson and he told me that I was accusing them of stealing. He also said that he had the old parts from his trash in front of him and would bring them over to show me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Great job except that cost exceeded estimate because the snaking required more equipment and labor.

I had them out to give an estimate to run a new gas line to my stove top, and the tech said I would receive a call for the estimate later. While he was here, I had him look at some other plumbing issues (a toilet handle, shower fixture, etc.) to get an estimate on those as well. He said he had a temporary replacement for the handle in his truck while we ordered the other part. He asked if I wanted him to put it on without any charges being discussed which took 5 minutes tops, I said sure. I later received the estimate for the gas that was $160 more than I was told to pay by the gas company, I told them I would let them know. I later received a bill for a service charge parts and gas surcharge. I have no problem paying for the temporary handle, but the estimate visit was supposed to be free.

Everything went smoothly. They were professional, prompt, and courteous.

Brian Long was our plumber and he was fantastic- friendly and responsive.

It went great. They were on time and very polite. Performed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up. Very professional and the price was very competitive.

Was able to schedule prompt appointment for initial appointment. After ordered parts available the 2nd visit was delayed by emergency. They were very good about notifying me and did show up to do work as promised. Fair price and excellent service. I will definitely use again and recommend.

I had talked with a couple of different companies about a new water heater. These guys seem to know a lot about what I need to have done. I was very pleased.

Brian was very prompt, polite, and professional. The line to the outside grill looks great. It's very neat and unobtrusive on the side of our deck. The company provided a free quote and a competitive price. The quote included the cost of the required inspection. They also scheduled the inspection. We couldn't be more pleased with the company.

The plumber was very efficient and careful when he had to break through my neighbor's ceiling as well as when he was working in and around my refinished porcelain tub. He was also very friendly and easy to work with, I'm very glad I contacted this company to take care of my plumbing issue. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend them!
