They did an excellent job hit their estimate right on the nose. Their work was very impressive. They cleaned up after them selves. We do recommend this company to every one.

Called on a Monday to request an appointment the following Friday. We were told we could have an AM appointment. The tech was requested to call that Friday AM to give us an ETA. The tech called as requested for the AM appointment and arrived on time. My wife commented that the tech was professional, discussed issues with her and explained the pro's and con's of each topic. She was very impressed with the technician and overall service. He cleaned up after his work and let the bathrooms and house as he found it.

They cracked the tank and they had to replace it for me free of charge other than the labor cost. They make good on their customer service. They even came back and did an adjustment free of charge.

One side of my sink (the side with the garbage disposal unit) had been causing leaking under the sink. When I used the garbage disposal, water and food particles sprayed all over the cabinet under the sink. I called Jim Dickerson Plumbing based on the great reports it got on Angie's List. They really lived up to my expectations. Ty came out, right on time and as scheduled on Saturday (a must for me because I really can't take time off during the week), and immediately diagnosed the problem: my garbage disposal unit had rotted from the inside out, and I needed a new one. I was glad to know what the problem was, but crestfallen at the same time, as I was picturing having to go out and get a new unit, then call them to come back and install it. But in the next breath, Ty said he had a new unit in his truck; he'd go get it and install it then and there! The whole thing took less than an hour, and the new disposal works great. What a load off my mind. And Ty could not have been nicer or more professional. Thanks!

I had tried to clear the clog using Drano, then a plunger and then by removing the trap and using a plumbing snake, all to no avail. The serviceman cleared the clog in just a few minutes, and had to go to extra lengths to reconnect the trap as the adjoining PVC pipe had flared (he cut the pipe and then shaved it down to taper it).

My message was returned in a timely fashion, an appointment was made almost immediately to fit my timeframe and Jim himself showed up on time and was very professional. I had nothing but praise for this company until Jim called me the following day with the estimate...which absolutely floored me. $4,700 for a 7.5 GPM natural gas tankless unit - nearly $2,000 more than the next closest estimate for the exact same install! Obviously I did not hire JD for this job and was shocked there could be that large a price discrepancy. We ended up with a 7.5 GPM Rinnai tankless unit (nearly identical in list price to the unit Jim quoted) fully installed by a Rinnai recommended installer with 85-feet of brand new 1" gas line to the unit, a pipe cover kit, two remote temperature control's, full plumbing relocation to the opposite end of the house, extra gas lines run to my new range, new fireplace and future built in grill, removal of the old tank, capping of old pipes and a new electrical box for the ignition for a grand total of $2,781.97 all-in. No clue why JD was going to charge $4,700 for a job that can quite obviously be done for much less, with extras thrown in for good measure.

It was just very simple. I had him come out and do this minor repair a while back. So then when my water heater died I called them because I had been impressed with them. It was what you want service to be. I called them. They came out and gave me an estimate. Then they fixed it. When there was a problem later they came right out and fixed that also.

I could not get my faucet turned off and had to turn it off at the street. It was Friday evening and it was an emergency. I called several companies and this was the first company I could get a hold of that could come out A.S.A.P. Matt came out Saturday morning, and while he was disassembling the faucet my dad stayed with him while I went to the home improvement store and got a new faucet and he installed it for me. He was very polite, professional and cleaned up afterward.

Expansion tank installation went smooth. The source water pressure was 95psi as opposed to 110 psi it was measured last time. The recommendation was reversed i.e. no need to install the PRV valve. Ty was very communicative and helpful and went up and checked my shower flow rate since I did not want to impair that by the PRV valve.

Jeff and his helper came on time and were very professional and informative. The new water heater was replaced and old one disposed of. The total cost of the job went up since the flue above the heater could not be collapsed to accommodate the height of the new heater. I was warned about this. However, when trying to collapse the B-vent extension, Jeff tried hammering instead of maybe heating the outside and using other less destructive methods. An extra hour of setup and new extension was charged. Otherwise, a very good job.

I have used his services for around thirteen years now. I like that when something goes wrong he sends someone out as soon as he can, so you do not have to wait.

We called at 11:00 in the morning and all the work was done by 3:00 the same day. All the work was well done and we are pleased.

I called at 7:30 in the morning. They set me up far an appt. at 9:00 and he was here at 8:45. He was professional quick did the job tested it and then he was gone. They were awesome and I chose them because they had a high rating on Angie's List.

They are good. They were fast and they were able to come out here in a reasonable time and the price was reasonable and I would recommend them. They seemed like they knew what they were doing.

They come when you call and show up on time and get the job done. They stand by their work. They were always clean and tidy and in fact they have those scuffs that they wear over their shoes when they come in and out. I would recommend them and absolutely use them again in the future.

I thought it was great! I was a little angry and they were OK with my outburst. They were also very accommodating, thorough with their and their pricing was also reasonable.

Our drains were gurgling when a tub or the washer was being drained. To avoid a potential backup, we called a plumber. We felt that they wanted to do more work than was necessary. Rather than starting with some drain cleaner to see what happened, they wanted to do major work that would destroy our landscaping and driveway. We called them off and did the drain cleaner ourselves. We haven't had any trouble in the months following. Also, they insisted that they use their camera to see in the pipes. The camera usage was $350.

The initial service was fine but we did have a leak due to the product malfunction. It wasn't their fault but they had someone come out immediately and replace the bad part and put a new one in. It's been fine since. They had a coupon for me since it was my first time using them.

I noticed today that the line inside the toilet had a leak. I called this afternoon at around 2 PM and they were here by 3:30 PM. Completed the repairs by 4 PM. Much faster than I anticipated.

They were always on time. There was a little mistake they had to come back out to fix. They defiantly have a plumbers price. He was very respectful about being in our home.

They were very professional he was very prompt and he came within two hours when we first called. He seemed very knowledgeable and we would recommend them and use them again.

They put a faucet in for me and helped replace all the guts for our toilet. The toilet wouldn't work right and they replaced the internal parts too. I had a new faucet and they installed it for me. I would call them again if I had any problems.

Overall they did a very good job. I would use them again if i had to. They were very professional and there on time.
