Plumber was to have provided estimate for an additional line for gas range, but never did it, he didn't seem to have the knowledge. When assessing the dryer gas line, he seemed to be completely confused about what was in place and whether or not the line could be put in. He finally "guessed" he could do it based on what he thought might be our configuration. For $786. As to the dryer hookup, he was to have installed a fitting to convert the dryer from natural gas to propane. He simply didn't know how to do it or even where to begin. He wasted an hour spinning his wheels getting absolutely nothing done but a phone call to Samsung, and had the nerve to charge my wife $155 for his wasted time. They will never come back to my house.

They were on time and finished the work to my satisfaction. I will use this company in the future.

Estimator was nice enough and punctual. BUT this company never got back to me even after I attempted to call them several times to get the estimate. Ended up being a waste of time.

They were pretty good. They came out on a Sunday to check all of the damages. They did not repair it the day, however they scheduled an appointment for the following day. They did not show up on Monday, however they did finally come out and repair the main.

I have really liked working with Jim Dickerson. I will definitely call them out for any future plumbing concerns. I give them A's all around.

Easily scheduled an estimator to come over and he arrived as promised and understood exactly what needed to be done. They've done this work of thing a thousand times, I think. I gave them a 1-week window for them to do the work while I'd be out of town, and when I came back it was all done. Only bad thing was that the yard was dug up much more that I expected.

They were very prompt and very thorough about explaining the options and the relative merits of each. The work was done on time and appears to have been done very well. Cleanup, however, was very poor. The left all kinds of scrap and old material just sitting around the water heater and did not clean it up - pieces of new and old pipe, the old insulating blanket, etc., etc.

I called for service a little before 2:00 PM and David arrived within a half hour. Overall, this was a very difficult repair because of its location and the potential to damage a fiberglass shower stall. David came with the tools to do the job, which the previous plumber was lacking. David kept me informed at each step as to what he was trying to do to free up the nut on the drain. He also listened to and tried some of my ideas, which didn't work either. The only choice left was to carefully cut through the brass nut on the bottom of the strainer with a small Dremel tool. Once the nut was removed the rest of the drain could be taken out. David called around to find the closet replacement parts. He left and was back within 30 minutes. He installed the new drain and was finished before 5:00 PM. He did a great job!

Called a few plumbers early in the day due to my 15 year old hot water heater sprouting a leak. Dickerson's estimate for a replacement was in line with several other estimates. Since they had a lot of positive reports on Angies list, I decided to go with them. They were able to send someone out very quickly. The man worked very hard in a very hot garage to replace the water heater. Have had the water heater for several weeks now and no problems. I am sure I paid a premium for the quick service (again, other companies were priced the same), but when the hot water heater goes I guess you do not have much choice.

I got a quote the day after calling and they completed the work the day after I approved the quote.

When I called the office, I had to leave a message. The next morning at 7:20 am, a lady from their office called and wanted additional information on the problem. She woke me up and I felt it was very unprofessional to call that early and the lady on the phone was very matter of fact and acted as though I could take it or leave it. So I decided not to use them and I wouldn't call them again in the future.

Everything was great. He was very nice and very friendly, and stayed right at his work. He did an absolutely wonderful job, and I appreciated that he was able to come out on a Saturday. I was very happy with him and would certainly use him again--in fact, I am calling him today for a leak in another place!

I haven't had a single problem with the pipe since moving it and it was well worth the cost. They're knowledgeable, come on time, and are very courteous. They are an A+ company. I would recommend them highly and will use them again if needed.

Initially the plumber could not find the problem with water running for 30 minutes. So called an got approved for 1/2 charge. But as soon as he left, I found the leak, and called the company, and he came right back. Found out counter top people put a screw in drain pipe. Plumber took a section out and repaired, but had to go out to get pieces to complete the job. But once the problem was found, fixed it, and cleaned up.

I have been very satisfied with them and they have always been able to get out promptly. When I had the problem with the pump they bumped me up to being first that morning and I really appreciated that. They are knowledgeable and they know what they are doing.

Toilet was leaking water. Took 2 hours to reseat it @$135 an hour.

I called this morning and they said they would be here before 3PM. They called before two PM and said Jeff was in transit. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I had tried to remove the old faucet myself with no success.He checked to see if he should replace or repair. Did a great job and was very pleasant to deal with.

They were here a week ago and I did not face any problems with them. It was a standard thing they did. They were punctual. They were polite and professional. They did not damage anything.
