They had done work for us a long time ago, and they were good. I had all the parts and so they just did it. It worked out then. The price, quality and responsiveness were good. I had to reschedule, because they were supposed to get here at one time, but they couldn't because the job before mine took longer, and I had to be somewhere, and so, I made another appointment for the next morning, and they were here on time.

Every thing is working great and no leaks.

The representative, Cyrus, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was very confident in his knowledge and diagnosis. He kept me informed of every thing he was doing.

I have had similar jobs done on my house with minimum fuss and much lower cost.|Will not use this service provider again.

I called Dickerson Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone was very professional and mad sure I understood the charge for the service. The Plumber was late, due to the precious job taking longer. When he came, he unplugged the commode, accept the Angie's List coupon and was done within 15 minutes. He was very professional.

Had 2 repairs done the same day. Plumber showed up on time and completed the repair/replacement to outside lines that were damaged by the cold weather. He did a great job! As he was leaving, the electrician came in and did the requested repairs quickly and put us back to where we should be electricity-wise. Once again, a great job! I will have to say that everyone at Jim Dickerson did a great job, from the time they picked up the phone (and gave me next-day service) to the point when the electrician left! I was not necessarily happy with their hourly rate ($147), but you get what you pay for in this case. I will definitely put them on my list of go-to repair services!

Unfortunately, I think that Jim Dickerson Plumbing is not interested in small residential work. I contacted them for a quote to put in a gas line. They responded quickly and had a plumber come out to give me a quote. I found the price to be competitive and with the help of good marks from Angie's list, I called to schedule the installation. I was told Thursday the plumber would be here and they would give an hour?s notice. I waited all day Thursday and by 4:30 no one showed. I called the company and they said ?sorry someone must have forgotten to write you in on the schedule?. I then had to re-schedue and about 3 days later a qualified plumber came out and installed the line. He informed me that the inspector would be out to check his work. Two weeks later and no inspector showed up so once again I had to call. They said ?sorry but it appears we didn?t notify the inspector?. The next day the inspector came and approved the line. I then waited for Jim Dickerson Plumbing to come to complete the installation. Several days later I again had to call. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me later in the day. I never herd from anyone until the next day when the plumber was at my door and it was a good thing I was home. I think that some companies get too big and forget the things that are important to their customers. I had no problem with the work performed but there is no reason this should have taken almost 1 month to complete. In the future I will try to find a plumber that does what they say and provides dependable service.

I called this company since my neighbor has had good results with them, and since they offered a $25 discount off the first hour of work to Angie's List members. From start to finish I was very pleased with their services. The receptionist (Dee?) was very pleasant, and listened carefully to my concerns. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, which I especially appreciated since, as I had explained to her, I had a sale pending on my condo, and the inspection had been done. Cyrus came out to do the work. He took care of the tub faucet first, then reset one toilet and put in also a new seal and flapper. On the second toilet he replaced the fill valve. Everything he fixed has been working well since. He worked quickly, was neat, and cheerfully answered my questions. It is a real relief to find a dependable, trustworthy plumber, as some of my past experiences have not been good. I highly recommend this worker and the company.

Jim Dickerson Plumbing is outstanding! The staff is courteous and helpful and technician punctual. We had a major leak detected by high water bill. Main line had to be replaced. The crew was neat and repairs completed in a timely fashion. Staff walked me through the process of inspection and was very helpful. I've used Dickerson plumbing for more than ten years...and have never been disappointed.

They gave me a discount for using the electrician and plumber at the same time. They were very professional, nice and the plumber told me about some problems that could arise in the future that I should keep an eye on.

Everything from scheduling to the actual work done was exemplary.

The woman who took my initial call and arranged for the appointment was personable and a good communicator. The repairman was confident and efficient. What could have been a complicating factor over the holiday was resolved before there was time to worry about it. I was very happy and will keep them in mind for future plumbing issues.

It was overall a great experience. Cyrus showed up on time. He was courteous and professional.

While I originally felt that the company did not perform the duties in which they were hired to do, I feel that the company is very fair. I originally hired the company to snake out my sewage line. It took a little over an hour for the tech to find the drain. Once he did find it, I was informed that it was a city issue. I was upset that I had to pay a little over $200 for the tech to do nothing (but find a sewage line). The city did come and fix the problem. The owner called me a few days after my original feedback because he could see that I was unhappy. We did work out a more reasonable fee and I have since received a refund. While I would not use this company's service again, I do have to give them credit for being polite, attentive, and for not keeping money that was not earned.

I turned out the breaker was tripped but the toggle switch was loose so you could not tell it was tripped without removing the panel. They also removed an old ceiling fan and hung two lights. They were there for about 3 hours and cleaned up after themselves.

I had two ceiling fans replaced by this company. The gentleman who came out was very professional and polite. I was pleased with the service I received. |

Bryan was very courteous, he made sure to call before arriving to confirm and was very punctual. He also offered me a variety of options on how to fix the problem, and did his best to make sure my wishes were carried out. He was very quick and efficient in his work and overall I was very pleased with the service.

Both the office staff and Thomas, the plumber dispatched to this call, were courteous, helpful, and provided straightforward, commonsense advice about the problem. Thomas did a great job explaining (and an in many cases, re-explaining) the root cause of the problem and possible solutions in language we could understand.

Branden was exactly on time and did a quality job without making a mess. He cleaned up the area when finished and since I had to pay a minimum charge, even changed a light bulb for me. He also had a great attitude.

I called yesterday and an appointment was set up. The representative explained the charges to me and I made the appointment. Brian came over right on time and was very nice and reassured me that all was well. The Angie's List coupon was applied.

The guys did a wonderful job. First it all started with Marty at the office, who took all the information and gave me price on the phone based on my description. Price was the best of all others and they can come and do it the next day. Jason and his brother (it was a 2 man job) came in on time, look a the unit to be replaced, and even looked for ways they could improve the price, things they wouldn't have to replace. Even better. They did the complete job in a clean, efficient manner, replaced the unit and got it all ready to go with the pipes ready to be used. They exceeded my expectations in their professionalism, cleanliness, and speed. I will use and recommend these guys to anyone. No wonder their scores in Angies List are so high.

The employee was knowledgeable, courteous and arrived on time. He was professional and asked about shoes in the house.
