Came in and did work quickly and efficiently!

I called several plumbers. Everyone was busy and unable to come out. So when I called Jim Dickerson Plumbing the lady that answered the phone was very professional and was able to get me in their schedule the very next day. The man arrived exactly when she said he would. He did what he needed to do and my problem was fixed and it only took an hour. I was also able to use the coupon that was in the angie's list magazine that comes in the mail too. Great experience and will def use them again.

All of the plumbing was backed up in our home, the toilets, sinks, showers, etc. did not work. I called several plumbers on the list but they were not able to come out the same day, only Jim Dickerson Plumbing was able to help. When your toilets do not work the next day is not helpful, so grateful for Jim Dickersons's being able to come out right away. They showed up within an hour or so of calling and resolved everything quickly. The plumber was very professional and explained everything fully. They explained their pricing over the phone before they arrived, you expect to pay more for immediate service. I would definitely use their services again.

I called early on a Saturday morning and left a message which was returned by their scheduler within 15 minutes. I explained the situation and she said she could have someone at my house by 12pm to fix the problem - the plumber, Brandon, got here by 9:15am! He checked out the sink, explained to me the problem, told me how much it would cost to fix and about how long it would take (I was paying an emergency hours rate so that was important). He fixed the problem quickly, got my sink working perfectly and explained exactly what he did and gave me tips and tricks for best use of my new disposal. Brandon was so nice, professional and friendly that I would gladly use this company again. In fact, this is the second time I have used their services....they did another great job for me back in 2011.

Great. Just find the price very high. I am not sure what the going rate is for plumbers, but this is quite expensive for me.

called office at 8:45 a.m. explained that pilot light on water heater would not stay lit. I was asked for model and serial number. scheduler then quoted prices on most usual parts for the problem and made sure they were on truck. I was given a a time period from time of call to noon. At 9:40, Brian, the plumber, called and said to expect him at 10. He was here at 10. He quickly found the problem and corrected it. Brian explained everything to my husband and told us what to do to maintain the water heater. We also asked for quote on tankless water heater. Brian went under our ouse to check the water lines and explained what our options would be to install one - as far as where it could be located. An official quote will come from the office. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the promptness and service. Brian was very nice and knowledgeable. We will use then in the spring when we are ready to with replace out tank water heater or go with the tankless water heater.

The technician arrived & got right to work. Replaced the original unit (26 yrs. old) with a new unit within a couple of hours. Couldn?t be more pleased with the service and the new unit is working flawlessly. Definitely recommend!!

EXPENSIVE!!! WOW since when does a plumber cost $125 per hour....that's crazy!! These aren't union plumbers just someone ripping you off!!

The plumber showed up right on the scheduled time and went straight to work without delay, and went from job to job quickly and efficiently and only did what was necessary. He was very polite and explained what he was doing and why. I was very pleased with the work.

I spent $200. The job was fine. They were prompt, they were professional and they were reasonable.

I called about replacing an old toilet. The office was extremely helpful and scheduled the service. She also reminded me to use the coupon found in the Angie's list book. The plumber arrived promptly, and removed the old toilet with absolutely no mess. He not only installed the new Toto toilet, he also fixed the leak in the shower. It was a professional and expert job. I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

They did an excellent job. They were here when they said they would be and they finished it in one to two days. They were prompt, they cleaned up everything and they really did a good job.

I am happy to say that having left less than favorable review for a recent job...and disappointed as a long-time customer of Dickerson, they called me and made right the issue. Please continue reading a truncated version of the details... In late May, I called Dickerson, requested a specific plumber sent at least twice previously, but was sent someone else who did a job that I was not happy with and felt overcharged for. I left a poor review on Angie's List (here) and thought i would move on to locate someone else to complete the unfinished, overpriced job. However, to their credit, the Dickerson company rep phoned me and wanted to make my complaints right -- both the work and the charges. Today, June 5, they sent the originally requested plumber, and he removed one sink, installed its replacement, and began installing another sink. I feel so much better about this job and my faith in Dickerson plumbing is restored such that I will use them again as well as recommend them to others reading this.

Over all it went well .the only problem is he charged 152.00 for a 40 minute work . I would have been happy if the price is around 90 dollars.

I came home from work to find my 23 year old water heater leaking. I called Jim Dickerson, and a technician was dispatched. Within an hour and a half, the technician was at my house. I anticipated that because my water heater is so old, that the tech would shut off the water to stop the leaking, and the next day would return to replace the heater. I was amazed to find that the tech just had to replace a part, so all I really had to pay was the after hours labor and a small parts feel. I was overjoyed! The tech also took pictures of the water heater so that they will have them when I'm ready to replace it. I'll definitely call Jim Dickerson Plumbing when the old water heater finally gives out.

The plumber that came to my house was very professional. Even when the ants inside the septic tank swarmed over his hands and bit him (I saw the welts) he never complained. He politely asked if I had any ant spray and I said I was a biologist and never used anything lethal on the animals (insects or otherwise) on my property. Anyway, this is the second time I've used them and am so pleased with their work.When I go home tonight I can be assured that my septic tank is ready to go and I can use my facilities again.

I used Jim Dickerson plumbing after seeing the great reviews on Angies List. When i bought a new Hot Tub i decided to give them a call and get a quote from them along with my normal electrician. I was surprised that they came in cheaper then my normal electrician by a good amount. So I went with them. Scott was the guy that gave me my original quote of $775. He came out and wired the tub up and pulled the permit. I was impressed that my hot tub instructions recommended copper wire only. So they went to Lowes and purchased the proper wire. The whole job turned out great. I feel that Scott did more then his moneys worth on this job. A couple little issues popped up that should have cost me more money, but Scott said my Quote was $775 so he was sticking to it. That was very nice. I really didn't know there would be such a expense in putting in a hot tub. I was very happy to at least have the electrical stay within the price range i wanted to pay.

So far so good! Jeff works quickly and gets the job done well. Took one afternoon for the rough-in. Will return on the next business day to complete before inspection. No hidden costs/ Agreed to estimated price for estimated work. Not the cheapest in town, but well worth the extra amount for a job well done.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List, we decided to call Dickerson's Plumbing and Electrical. I called at 10:00 AM today and a plumber came to our house at noon. The service was extremely prompt. The contact person at the company was so helpful and pleasant. The plumber, Cyrus, was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was going on. He did a great job. I told the main office that we had an Angie's List coupon and that was no problem at all. Total price is minus the $15 discount coupon. We would definitely call this company again in the future.

The installer Clayton was prompt, courteous and professional. He told me the disposal brand I chose was high-quality and identical to the brand their company uses when installing units in customer's homes. Clayton worked efficiently and happily answered any questions I had. Clayton was terrific, even using a broom and dustpan to clean up any residual debris after the installation was finished. Using an Angie's List coupon I had, he took $25.00 off the final invoice, with a net due of approximately $142.00. I have used the garbage disposal several times since being installed and it works flawlessly. Clayton is a dedicated employee of Jim Dickerson Plumbing and is a great representative of the company. I highly recommend this company; they do quality work at a reasonable cost and have conscientious employees.
