Description of Work: I had Jim Dickerson Co come out for a couple of clogs-in-the-making and some preventative maintenance. Here for a little over an hour & unclogged 2 showers, 2 sinks and also tightened several toilet seats. I have continual issues with our American Standard sink fixtures (less than 5 years old) because they are all one piece, i.e, I can't just pull out the stopper and unclog things on my own.... don't have the know-how to take things apart underneath the sink. Its a real pain in the neck & will be looking into replacing these sinks fixtures. But have called Dickerson out several times to deal with the resultant clogs in those sinks. Their office personnel handling phone calls & scheduling is terrific! Professional and will hire again.

Description of Work: I have an HVAC maintenance contract with Jim Dickerson and my latest contact was my spring maintenance. Their technician was prompt, very courteous and very thorough. He explained, in detail, what all he did, why and what the various readings from his diagnostic equipment meant as the maintenance was performed. The technician was very friendly and very helpful. He provided a number of maintenance tips that I will implement. Very nicely done. There was no direct charge for this visit as it was covered under the maintenance contract.
