I called today and reached Gabe. He was personable, answered my questions, and due to a postponement, was able to get someone out the same day. Gave me a quote over the phone. When the service person got to my home, he let me know he was here and started right away. He was quick, efficient, and very nice with a positive attitude. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks about my windows. I will use them again. One of the nicest experiences I have had with an independant contractor.

A change of time was requested due to a cancellation. Time was given to adapt to the change. Both men were very considerate of the change and were very polite upon arrival. The service was efficient and well done.

The professionals from Improved Outlook arrived about 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, and were very efficient in their work. Friendly, non-intrusive and professional, I was very impressed with them from start to finish. I didn't need to do a thing, they moved all the furniture out of their way and back into place perfectly. They completed the work quickly (in about an hour) and the finished results are beautiful! I can't believe the difference, and I can't stop looking at my beautiful clean windows!

An overall great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Improved Outlook. He called me back the same day, gave me a quote within 2 days and was here about a week or so later to do the job. Very professional. They took care not to dirty the inside of the house, took apart the windows, put everything back together, and now they sparkle. Will definitely use them for all my window cleaning needs.

Gabe was great. He stopped by our house to give us an estimate very quickly. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They were very courteous through out the process.

Windows look great and the house needed a good washing. I thought it was quite pricey for the services performed, but they gave me a quote beforehand and I was just too lazy to do the work myself so I hired Improved Outlook. I think the service is worth doing every several years, but I think next year I'll do it myself.

Gabe came personally to wash the windows inside and out for our 2 story in the front and 3 story in the rear home. He was very friendly and professional and worked very efficiently. The cost was exactly what was quoted, which included extra for our windows which had paint splatters from the exterior being recently painted. The only other comment I have is that my impression was that the window sills would have been cleaned as well for indoor/outdoor cleaning, but I did not clariy this when we discussed the work, and it was not included. In fairness, Gabe offered to do this after the job was complete, but I did not have a wet/dry vac and the sills were still wet from the cleaning. All in all it was a very good experience and we would use Improved Outlook again.

They did a superb job -- better than any of the other 4 companies which have washed our windows during the last 6 years. We have already recommended them to neighbors and intend to have them come back annually.

Excellent job from start to finish. I called for an estimate on a Mon. and he was here the same day to give the estimate. Very reasonable price and very professional. He came two days later to do the work. Again, prompt and professional. The windows look amazing. We are very pleased with their work and will definately hire them again!

My windows look great! This was so worth the money! The guy who worked on July 4 was amazing. VERY Professional and courteous. He started at 8 am and worked until approx 4pm. I think they normally have more than one washer but given that it was the fourth of July, they may have been short staffed. It impressed me that he took his time and did not seem to rush the process at all. I would HIGHLY recommend them for window cleaning. My windows look like new!

Came on time. Price was reasonable but left the furniture where they moved it and did not put it back. OAK floors were not wiped clean where the soap water was spilled.

Overall the service was excellent. All of these windows desperately needed washing and they did a terrific job. Indeed, I had a significantly "Improved Outlook." The two men who did the work were courteous and professional. I will definitely be giving them a call at the end of the summer. I have been remiss about writing this review in a timely fashion, I am sorry.

To sum it up, someone said "It's so bright in here." Our windows had not been thoroughly washed -inside and out- for over 11 years and there were some windows we could barely see out of. In the past,many companies had looked at what was involved and said it couldn't be done. Gabe was on time for the estimate and called in a builder to see how complicated removing the frames would be and if the wood would be damaged. Our house was built in the 1920s and the frames were original. He was very honest about letting us know that there might be some. The front door is ornate and the glass hard to get at, but he did it. We have over 20 windows, some double hung and some french. The leaded glass is very fragile, and Gabe and Jeff were extremely careful. Such competent and friendly people as Gabe and Jeff are very unusual . I won't say I can't wait till our windows are dirty again, but we will certainly call Improved Outlook again.

I called Improved Outlook a bit late... but Greg managed to fit us into his schedule for the following week, which was exactly when I wanted the windows clean. I've never had my windows cleaned before and it was a great relief to have one less thing to worry about for our daughter's wedding that weekend. Greg said he'd arrive around three, and he arrived at 3:30 and that was great. He and his crew went to work like mad and before I knew it, my windows were cleaned, inside and out, and where it was possible, he also power washed the screens. While no one who came to the house for the wedding noticed the clean windows, I did. I also thought that they had taken out the glass on my front storm only to realize it had never been that clean before.

The crew was scheduled for afternoon and arrived a bit late. But they called ahead so it was not a problem. This is perfectly understandable given the nature of their work. The crew was friendly, hard-working and very capable. They take care to keep the house clean and do a very thorough job. The windows look great and it is a relief to have all that dirt gone. This is the second time we have used Improved Outlook and will call them again.

The entire experience was excellent. They showed up one half hour early and stayed a total of 4 hours. They did discover 4 windows that had an extra pane of glass that couldn't have been seen earlier and after discussing this with me, we changed the amount from the estimate. Some of the small, plastic hinges that hold some of the windows were very weathered and broke while the windows were being removed. Improved Outlook drove to a nearby hardware store and replaced them at no charge to me and took all the responsibility even though, as stated previously, these plastic pieces were well weathered and approximately 12 years old. They were extremely careful about cleaning windows near furniture and wore cloth booties over their shoes whenever they entered the house. The windows are now immaculate! I couldn't be more pleased and I will definitely use them again. Very personable, very respectful and highly, highly recommended!

Gabe came on time to give us an estimate. He was able to fit us in the same week. He came on time and finished early. Because the job did not take as long as he had anticipated, he gave us a discount on the estimated price. An old storm window had be shattered by a gust of wind and he had that repaired and installed within 24 hours. There was a film on some of the windows that they came back to clean with a reagent. They were able to explain the film as a chemical residue from the weathering of the screens.
