HUDSON'S CHEM-DRY

Scheduled in home cleaning for 2 area rugs (including one in high traffic area which was heavily soiled), sofa and love-seat. The items did not appear clean when the technician completed the process, but he explained they would look different once dry. The drying time for the sofa and love-seat significantly exceeded the quoted time (plan for 24 hours rather than the approximate 2 hours suggested by Hudson's). Once dry, the rugs and skirt of love-seat did not appear clean so I contacted Hudson's. They were very responsive and came by and picked up the rugs to take back to their shop to clean. They returned the rugs the next week, and made an effort to clean the skirt of the love-seat. In the end, the rugs look as good as I would have expected but the skirt of the love-seat still looks dirty. Although I think Hudson's made an effort to clean the items, I would not recommend using them because in my opinion the technician was not knowledgeable and the price is a bit high.
