Description of Work: It started with not being contacted with the 48 hours of purchasing the deal. Then when Jerry did contact me, we scheduled for 11 am on May 1st. I took the WHOLE day off work for them to come and dog 8 holes for fence posts for me. I called Jerry 3-4 times, he seemed to think that Shawn was supposed to be there and said he would call him and have him call me....Shawn never called. Shawn also does not answer his phone, there's a message on it saying the person you are trying to reach is not available....that's it. ... can't leave a message. I waiting ALL AFTERNOON for someone to contact me, no one ever called me again. Jerry called me around noon on saturday and told me he would call me back around 3-4 pm, that he was going to come and dig the holes for me.....I never heard from him again.
