We have been extremely dissatisfied with them. We were very unhappy with the way they installed the covers. They didn?t do the work well. There were gaps in between the covers. It failed the entire purpose of having the gutter covered. We had spent a good amount of money to have the covers installed. So, we called them and they set up a time to come back out. We even came back from work early, but they never showed up that day. They didn?t even call us to inform that they weren?t coming. Then, they called us next day and told us they?d come out that day. When we told them that we were waiting for them the previous day, they reasoned that it was raining and couldn?t come out. They still haven?t contacted us for fixing the problems. It is really frustrating because it is not a difficult job to complete. We think that two months is a long time for them to not come out and complete the work. We got some inferior product for the money we paid, instead of genuine Gutter Helmet product. They were very responsive and fine in the beginning, when they were trying to get us to buy the products. However, from then on, it has been a disappointing experience. They haven?t responded to us, since we paid them. Their price was good as compared to other companies, though.

It was good as far as the installation, and we didn?t have any problems. We are now trying to get them to take them down for getting our roof replaced. We are not really happy about the feedback we are getting with them this time around as far as returning our phone calls and scheduling an appointment. It has been horrible. They gave us a date, but they didn?t show up. We had to call them back, but they came just right in time. Their price is too expensive.

The service team did an outstanding job. They deserve a raise.

The company's sales rep, Hank McDermott, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He came out at our invitation, showed us the product and worked up a quote. We got on the calendar for work to be performed in about 2 weeks. They actually ended up being able to come earlier than that. You do not have to be at home when they install so everything was completed and cleaned up when I came home from work. They did have to come back an additional time to replace the wood and complete the gutters in that section due to needing some additional materials. They did a very good job and I am amazed at how well the system works. Granted we haven't had much rain lately but during the couple of downpours we had all of the water went into the gutter as promised. Before, with our old system the water just poured right over the gutter. We are very pleased with the service and the product.

He was on time, and did his presentation in about 40 minutes. Hank, was a nice guy and he did push a hard sale. They were a little expensive, so we won't go with them simply because of this.

I THINK THAT THE DESIGN IS THE BEST THAT I HAVE SEEN OUT THERE, I AM AN ENGINEER. THEY WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH, THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT, THE WORK WAS IMMACULATE AND THE GUYS THAT DID THE WORK WERE REAL CRAFTSMEN AND VERY PERSONABLE.
