Excellent work, very clean, knowledgeable, and professional

Do not use this company. Very friendly with quick follow-up when they are quoting, but for any issues, they will not return phone calls or text messages. The contractor cracked one of my tiles during the grout replacement. I raised the issue and sent pictures, but the contractor refuses to contact me to resolve it even after multiple calls and text messages. Warranty is only as good as the company backing it. For your own sake, please look elsewhere.

I had been so disappointed in the workmanship of the previous shower installation. I contacted Sam and he was very professional, explained what he could do, gave me a quote immediately, set a date and time. He was prompt, did a marvelous job and made me a very happy customer. I highly recommend Sam . My only regret is that I did not find him sooner.

Sam came within an hour of us calling him and he completed the job the same day. We were impressed with how much he educated us on the problem and fixed it quickly He cleaned the area after he regrouted our shower.

Samuel did an excellent job replacing broken ceramic tile flooring in my kitchen. He was prompt, thorough, and he cleared the area very well.

Sam called me quickly after requesting a quote on HA and came the next day for an estimate. We were looking for our shower to be cleaned up and resealed where the shower floor meets the tile. He offered to do the full re-grouting for a discounted add on. We booked him to come today and we decided to just stick to the cleaning and re-sealing instead of the full removal and re-grout on the shower. So far, the job looks amazing and our shower looks so much better. He was quick and efficient and the job looks great so far! He also had a recommendation for cleaning products to use to maintain it, which I appreciated. The only 4 start part was that I tried to call the day before our appointment to postpone the re-grouting and did not receive a call back. We were able to sort it out in person when he arrived and adjusted on the spot.

I got an in-home quote the same day as my inquiry. Scheduled the work to clean and replace the grout in the master bathroom shower within 3 days. Sam did an exceptional job. The bathroom looks brand new! He re-caulked where the tile flooring met the molding at no extra charge. Cleaned everything up afterward. I never expected to get such great service and expertise at such a reasonable price. It looks beautiful. No one would ever guess it s a 30 year old shower!
