Grout & Cleaning Services

Sam was the technician. He came and gave me an estimate and explained in detail what would be required for my repair. He went above and beyond and the quality was excellent. January 6th, 2017 - Since having my initial work completed my grout has started to slowly crumble away in my downstairs master shower. Last week, on/about January 2nd I called and left a voice mail at this company to explain the issue. I was given a return call by the repair technician (Sam) to advise that he would call me back on the evening of Wednesday, January 3rd, to schedule a time to come back out and look at what I was referring to and possibly make repairs. I never heard from him on that day nor the following day. I subsequently called the company back on Thursday, January 4th and reached Sam, however, he advised he was in the middle of a job and would call me back. I never received that call back. I called the office again on Friday, January 5th as follow up and to date as of this morning I have not received a call back. While I was initially pleased with the work upon physical eye examination, the grout has not held up to normal water flow from showering. The receipt I have shows that I have a 35 day limited warranty. I have called and left another message for someone to reach out to me before the limited warranty expires, however, up to this point that has been in vein. I am a stickler for service after the sale and for companies doing what they say they will do. I did feel what I initially paid for the service was a reasonable estimate, however, if it turns out that I need to hire another company to fix the issue they caused then it will not have been worth it. Based on my experience with this company I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel like at this point I am being avoided and given the run around and until someone calls me back to make this right that will be my lasting impression of this company. If someone should reach out to me to correct this situation then I will amend my review of this company at that time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR FOLLOW UP IS LACKING!!!!!! 1/16/18: I received a call from the repair technician last week who advised me that he could stop by this week (Tuesday 1/16) to complete the repairs that I brought to his attention. Today came and went and I never heard from Sam or anyone else from the office. I left work and came home awaiting his arrival. I called the company early this morning and again about an hour or so before the schedule arrival but got no answer. I have since left several voice mails. It now looks as if I will have to hire a another company to come in and complete the repairs that this company should be taking care of. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They go out of their way to get the initial business but their follow up and professionalism is definitely lacking. I initially felt and even rated their initial 'value for the money' very high, but I am changing my rating to

Sam cleaned the tile and it looks great but when he quoted me the price he said he would clean the grout line until they became the original color and he did not. He told me I would have to keep mopping the grout lines. That was disappointing so I felt I paid to much. Lesson learned

Terrible work.Sam regrouted and sealed my walk in shower 3 days later when I used it the grout fell out.He regrouted around my tub when I clean area the grout comes off on sponge this is with a cleaner safe to clean tile and grout.He regrouted the floors around toilets and cabinets in my moms and my bathrooms whenever areas get wet grout smears off.I have spoken with Sam three times about above he promised to call me when he got to his office.I have yet to receive a call back so he is not a man of his word.He used the wrong color grout which I pointed out to him before he left my home he said the color was darker because it was wet.His grout lines are sloppy and uneven in some places grout is very thick especially in the corners in other areas grout is thin.I want my cash back Sam so I can hire a professional

I would definitely hire again. The only reason I subtracted 1/2 a star is because they used the word "replace".when it came to the messy caulking where counter top meets tile in the kitchen yet they just caulked over it. I have hired a handyman to fix it though I am certain they would re-do it if I had asked.
