Sam was very prompt and quick to respond. He did a great job on the re grouting job on our kitchen floor. Looks like a new floor

Used Sam a month ago and now the grout is worst then it originally was, cracking and peeling where he reworked. Also so much for a one year warranty, I have called and left text messages for two weeks, with two no shows for confirmed appointments by Sam. So I'm saving the next victim from finding a true professional grout guy, choose someone else.

Sam was exceptional. He was prompt in responding to my request and came to give me an estimate in a few days. I could not believe the reasonable price quoted and even got a discount for having my second bath/shower done. It was a month later that I contacted Sam to have him do the work and was surprised that he was able to fit me into his schedule. Wow, what a job he did! Both baths looked like new and Sam did a wonderful job of cleanup. The nature of the work of removing the grout is messy but Sam controlled that residue extremely well. He gave me tips on how to keep the tile looking like new. I will use Sam again for a ‘tuneup’ when needed! I highly recommend this business. 👍

Sam was very prompt in contacting me and providing a quote. He showed up on time and completed the job in the time he said it would take. He is a very friendly individual and a pleasure to work with.

Sam contacted immediately upon submitting my request (which was on a Sunday!). He came out the next day, gave a quote, and performed the work that Friday. He did a professional job with re-grouting my shower basin and it looks as good as new.

Sam was a great guy, however I failed to fully communicate what I wanted. Because of that, some of the results were less than expected. Small job, but tricky. But Sam delivered when others didn’t even call back.

Sam contacted me within 12 hours of submitting my request and was on time for the estimate. He was able to schedule it for two days later at which time he also showed up on time. He was professional and explained what he was doing and how to take care of my tile floor in the future.

Sam was very dishonest about his work. He did regrouting for my bathroom. He did not clean the old grout, all he did was put a very thick layer of white grout over the existing molded grout. I was not happy with the look of the very thick grout line because my original grout line was a very thin line. The new thick grout line did not match with my small tiles and it looked as if someone just drew thick lines on my wall. After a week of use, the new grout line started to come off, and I could see my existing mold underneath. I called Sam 7 times to come back and look at his work. Each time, he would give me an excuse that he is very busy and will call me at the end of the week to schedule a time to come. But he never calls. I will call him several times, and he will pretend to forget calling me back or he will just not answer my calls. Finally, I had to use a different phone number to call him and set up a time for him to come. After setting up about 2 appointment times, which he never showed up. I decided to give up and just write this review. Please try someone else who is more honest with their work.

Sam was on site to provide estimate in less than 48 hours. We scheduled the work after the holidays and it was completed in a very professional manner.
