We needed someone to scrub, regrout and seal our tile floors. Sam was very prompt with the initial quote and arrived on the scheduled work day. He was friendly and professional. Our off-white ceramic tile floors are about 10 years old and desperately needed professional cleaning. After Sam was finished, they look new! We couldn t be more pleased. I gave Sam a 4.5 rating in lieu of a perfect 5 because the work just happened today. If the work holds up, and I m pretty sure it will, he would get a 5 from us for sure. We would hire him again.

Mr. Sam was wonderful. He came when he said he would, and his work was outstanding. I had a mess in my kitchen grout and he made my kitchen counters look like new. I recommend him for anyone looking to clean their granite and improve the look of their kitchens and baths.

EXCELLENT work! Sam did an amazing job of cleaning and repairing the grout and caulk and cleaning the tile floor in my master bathroom. The whole family thinks it looks clean and new. Sam also had exceptional customer service skills and had the work done before stated time. I have rehired Sam to do the 2nd and the half bath I would highly recommend Sam and his company.

If I could give 0 stars for this guy, I would. To start, he scheduled an appointment with me to come out to give us an estimate. The time came and went. I texted him to see if he was still coming. He then said he could not come out until a later time, which happened to coincide with my childs nap time. This was not ideal, but we agreed. He gave us a price to replace the grout in breakfast nook and kitchen. Also, one tile (luxury vinyl tile) had come loose and he said he would stick it back down. He called the morning he was supposed to come to do the job and said that the grout was not in so he would be late. I was not happy with the result. First, he did not take out the old grout, he just grouted over top. The problem is that the new grout does not adhere well to the old grout; this was something we did not discover until months later when the new gray grout was coming off in sheets from the cream grout below. There were areas that were much darker in color which made the new grout look dirty in spots. Also, he did not re-adhere that one tile that was sticking up. He said it was starting to break when he was trying to get it up. I told him I had extra tiles and it did not matter if that one broke. Reluctantly, after many unreturned voicemails, he came back out and replace the tile and fixed the darkened spots. It looked good for about 2 weeks. Then the new grout started to crumble. He said when we hired him initially that he offers a 1-year warranty on his work, but I am not sure if it is worth the hassle for him to fix it again because I am sure it will be crumbling again in the future. That was $600 wasted.

Sam was easy to work with showed up as promised and completed work as promise. Value cost at 3.5 after thinking and hindsight cost may have been a little high especially with the upsale of tile floor cleaning and sealing. That,s my fault not Sam's I would hire again.

Sam quoted us over $400 based on a 4-5 hour job and 2 workers. My husband took off work to be here. Sam came alone, was here 2 hours and still charged $440 saying an estimate is just an estimate and that sometimes he gets on jobs where it takes longer and he hasn't charged enough--so did we subsidize those jobs? Did not clean either shower glass door even though he said he would try--no attempt at all. Argued or "fast talked" with my husband when my husband questioned him about the price. Feel like we were really taken advantage of.
