Grout & Cleaning Services

I took pictures and archived them in a social media post to support a possible future lawsuit. I WOULD NOT HIRE HIM.

Be careful what you ask for. If you are looking for regrouting you will not get it. He grouts over your old grout so that after the first shower everything lifts off of the tile. Never came back to fix it. Said he would, said he d call but nothing.

So pleased they saved my shower and kitchen floor from having to be replaced. Cleaning is a breeze now.

Sam was very patient in answering my questions and explaining in detail how he would complete the repair of grouting for my shower. Great job!

Sam responded to our request right away and came for a free estimate the same night. He worked around our schedule and got the job done the next day. It looks like a brand new bathroom now and I would recommend Sam and his company for any project you need done. The quality of his work is not what work that was promised. Aslo the last row of tile there is a crack across the seem in the shower.

Once the ceramic floor dried. Missing various grout. Could not provide an invoice. Was told they would email their invoices. Company was to replace any grout missing and seal flooring.

Did an adequate job but hoped the grout would have been lighter.

quick ,clean reasonable price and good quality work

Vendor (Sam) promised it would look new and tub which showed a large chip would also look brand new (does where his words). Came and did job while I was out of town and I left payment for him. When I saw job, grout was layed think and inconsistent. Looks like what an amateur would do, tub repair looks like liquid paper was brushed over. You can still see the chip underneath and you can feel the chemical he put over (just like liquid paper). I called him the 1st time so I can meet with him and he took a couple of days to answer and I received a miss call, didn t leave a message, after I contacted him he set an appt for a Friday the 18th at 5:30 and never showed. I contacted him again and asked him for a date/time and he set it for Monday (10/21) and never showed again. I received a text at 1:46am on Tuesday apologizing, I should have never left payment and made him wait till I came back and inspect but you expect people to at least meet with you and have the decency to show up at appt. Gave him 2 opportunities and he never showed. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES - THEIR WORK IS SHODDY AND LOOKS LIKE AN AMATEUR BUT THEN HE DOES NOT MEET HIS RESPONSIBILITIES
