Had the shower in my Master bathroom re-grouted. Great work, like new again!

I got estimates from other contractors who suggested the removal of not only the tile but also the whole shower pan which would have required extensive and insanely expensive work. Sam apprised the situation and suggested a SENSIBLE solution to the tile job that was botched by a previous contractor. He implemented it quickly and efficiently. He arrived on-time and finished on-time. He also cleaned up afterward. He answered my questions and made me confident in his workmanship. I found Sam to be professional yet friendly and personable. We briefly discussed a future job in another bathroom. I recommend Grout & Cleaning Services with no reservations. The guy knows his stuff.

Sam was personable unfortunately that's not enough. The grout was not sealed, which by the way was not the color we picked out. Next after a few days the grout started to crack and flake in many area's of the floor. I called Sam and messages 3 times to see if he could come back and see why the grout is cracking. He has NEVER returned my calls. I hate writing negative reviews almost as much as I hate wasting money.

They do try to upswell on cleaning but I didn't mind.

Sam did a wonderful job. He cleaned all of the grout. Then he filled all of the cracks that he found. He took up the bad tile and replaced it with new tile. He sealed all of the grout. He redod the caulk around the contertop on the sink. He was very concientious. Sam did an excellent job.

Sam came on time, did exactly and expertly the repairs we needed and was very professional in every way. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to give him a positive recomendation.

I kept putting off the work that needed to be done in my master bath and shower. I got 3 recommended names from Home Adviser. I ended up picking Sam's company, Grout & Cleaning Services, Inc. He was on time, did call the day before to confirm. I am so GLAD I got the work done. Sam did a wonderful job and was very reasonable. My shower looks like a new shower. Also very neat!!
