Greenpoint Restoration

Description of Work: No service was actually provided. My first floor level was flooded with about an inch or two of water. Greenpoint was listed as one of your star service providers. They did return my call a few hours after my message was left (better than the three others that did not call back AT ALL). The gentleman was professional and honest. The "free" estimate was for a service our insurance adjuster had already performed and he said we likely did not need their take on the situation and that they usually go into extreme situations and have to give input. I appreciated -- during my stressful experience -- having them be upfront.

Description of Work: I did not find Greenpoint through Angie’s list but was referred to them by a plumber that came out to fix a leak. All I can say is that Mac was awesome. He took over the remediation of the water/mold and handled the claim directly with the insurance adjuster promptly communicating with me all along the way. You can’t go wrong using their water remediation services. Mac, thanks again. As I told you in person, you are a standup guy.
