Steve, who came and gave me the quote was very knowledgable and had some good suggestions. My floors look better than I thought they would.

I would recommend Foot Print Flooring to anyone that needs flooring at a reasonable price and professional work. I had my nasty carpet replaced with wood flooring and was impressed from start to finish, starting with Mark and ending with Eric and the young men he had to work with him. I will be calling Mark again for carpeting my bedrooms.

Customer service was amazing. They were very fast and got the work done swiftly and kept me updated through the entire process. I always knew what was going on and loved it. The only think I didn't like was the gloppy spots on the hardwood where I think they didn't smooth the finish correctly.

The refinished floor is beautiful! We are very happy with the stain and the finishing. The crew, Winter and Tony were on time to the job each day, and certainly knew the process.

We had 1100 square feet of flooring installed. The workmanship was impeccable! Jason Brunett's crew was prompt, reliable and courteous. Jason delivered on every promise. He even hired movers to store our furniture in our garage until the job was done. They return to move everything back in. They were extremely careful, wrapped everything in plastic and were very efficient. We are thrilled with the results!!!

Very professional and did a great job

Very trustworthy. They were very professional and I love my new hardwood floor. They were the first company to respond to my request for an estimate. They got the job done in 2 1/2 days and with very little dust to clean up. I have the most beautiful red oak flooring in my kitchen and eating area.

Footprints Floor did a great job for my maple hardwood floor. Jason, the owner, gave me the estimate over the phone, arranged the work appointment. Floorprints employee called me when he found some water leak from refrigerator that was caused when he pulled the refrigerator out and not shutting off the water valve. We caught the issue early and did not result in damage. I appreciate the fact the employee called right the way. Botton line. Floorprints provides competitive value, excellent communication thru out the process, good job quality. I would recommend this company.

Footprints was awesome.....their prices were reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. They were on time, very communicative and best of all, my floors look brand new after having them refinished with Footprints! I would recommend them to anyone to use!

Eric and Marco did a great job

Fast completion. Looked really good. Not cheap. It's been about a month and some of the shine is gone. I hope it doesn't keep having the finish come off. All in all great job time will tell if it was worth the cost.

Carpet installation was extremely fast and professional. Three bedrooms, a hallway, and two sets of stairs in about 3 hrs.
