Activated my sprinkler system

Rick was very nice and explained all steps in detail. They even did a video before and after. I am a single mom and can appreciate someone showing me how repair is being done with out making me feel dumb (which I am not, I am a novice DIYer but don’t feel comfortable with water issues and electrical). I am happy to continue to work with Exotic Landscapes going forward for my irrigation maintenance.

We had Rick evaluate the irrigation system in the home we just purchased, and he did a reasonably thorough assessment and provided us with a very timely report. I felt very confident in his knowledge and would work with him again in the future.

Did not show for appt. on day he had set. I called and I think he had forgotten about the appt. he was very nice and friendly when he did come. I think he did not blow out the lines as he did not have the equipment to do that. I ask about this and he said he did things differently.
