Description of Work: Deep cleaning in preparation for a wedding in a home that had not been lived in for several years--lots of spider webs, dust, general dirt. The cleaning crew worked steadily and did a great job bringing the house back to it's previous state!

Description of Work: Three service providers arrived in shifts and left in shifts. The did a thorough job and worked well together. Any details that I mentioned were addressed by them, although there were only one or two items that they were not already on top of. As mentioned in the deal, this was a deep cleaning. It helped me out ver much as I was recovering from foot surgery and limited in getting around a badly needed house cleaning.

Description of Work: Took 3 days to get back to me to setup an appt-Angie's List sent an email asking if they had responded yet and when I said no, they must have pushed them to do so. My house was due to go on the market 9/8 - agreed on an appt for 9/5 to do a deep clean and asked for windows/baseboards & doors to be cleaned and when I came home that day, my master bathroom was cleaned & nothing else but a message on my phone that they could not get everything and would need to come back that Monday, 9/8 to finish - so that pushed my house going on the market off a day. Came home Monday to find bathrooms were done, and 1/2 of my kitchen floor was mopped with some kind of sticky substance. Other than that you could not tell anyone was even there-not to mention, no windows washed, no baseboards or doors wiped down - I have no idea just what was done other than the bathroom tubs/toilets. Got another message saying they ran out of time and if I wanted to pay extra they would come out and finish - this was for 4 hours of deep clean but really only the bathrooms were cleaned and 1/2 my kitchen floor had to be re-mopped to get that sticky substance off. I don't know if they were just overwhelmed by then number of jobs that had to do, but their response time was frustrating and the job itself was not done. If they told me they didn't do windows/baseboards I would have understood, but $199 for cleaning my bathrooms was a rip off. I truly could not tell you what else they did in my house, so therefore, I would not ask for their services again.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning. they did a good job for what they did. I think there was some misunderstanding as to how much they would actually be able to do but it wasn't really their fault. The house was in pretty bad shape and They just couldn't get as much done as we'd hoped

Description of Work: It is a husband and wife team. They asked what I wanted done. I explained I needed all the baseboards and window sills cleaned. They got the majority of them. They were here 4 hours and my house was clean. They did not make beds though. S9 I did that. They might have if I asked but I thought since the clean sheets were on the bed that they would. Nice couple and hard workers. Just make sure you communicate well with them.
