Description of Work: I bought a "Deep Cleaning", however I did not receive this service. Upon further inspection after they left I found that my window sills were not wiped out. My 4x6 foyer rug still had pet hair on it and was not removed to clean the floor. No furniture was removed to vacuum. The air vents were not cleaned. What I got was just a general cleaning which the owner said would be approx. $80. The 2 girls were very nice and pleasant. There idea of a deep cleaning needs to be defined.

Description of Work: This was to clean an empty rental property. We posted a list of things we'd like them to do in the order of importance. I emailed this same list to them twice. Number one on the list was to wipe down all the woodwork. If this it the ONLY thing they did, I would have been happy as I mostly wanted to be ready to paint the interior. The woodwork was NOT wiped down.
