Description of Work: We purchased a deal for 8 hours of deep cleaning. We had two people for 4 hours do a great job cleaning the areas that we selected as our house was over the size for the amount of time allocated in the deal. | |No issues to report, the house looks great and would use this service again in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for cleaning services with intentions of using it following a renovation project. The renovation project ran over when we intended it to finish and unfortunately the deal had expired. I contacted the company to see if I could use the purchased value towards their services but never heard back. Disappointed.

Description of Work: They did not follow up on my prepaid order to schedule an appointment. I canceled my order, now I'm waiting on my refund.

Description of Work: Owner and an additional helper came timely and did a thorough cleaning of the house. My only complaint was putting down the bathroom rugs on a wet floor which made them slippery.

Description of Work: We bought a promotion and thought they did a fantastic job. It was deeply discounted so that is why I didn't give them an A for pricing. Impressed with how they handled the setup, usually when you book a "promo" the service is subpar due to the influx of customers where theirs was not.

Description of Work: Although the theft from my home by Excel Cleaning employees was unfortunate, the owner and I were able to resolve the issue. I have found both The owner of Excel - Candace- and her current employees to be good, honest people. I continue to use Excel and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Had a problem scheduling as the office did not have me scheduled on the same date that was given to me. When they didn't show up as expected, I called & was told about the mixup. They came the following day. Instead of a thorough cleaning I would say it was just ordinary. They finished about 20 min early which surprised me. Although they did ask me to check their work, I didn't notice until later that they missed several areas. My fault, as they did ask me to check.

Description of Work: husband & wife team cleaned guest room + bath, small hall, kitchen, living room, 4 hrs each. Requested oven to be cleaned, furnished Easy-Off product....not used or cleaned. Overall, okay service. Must admit that the rooms suffered from neglect in cleanliness. Team did adequate service.

Description of Work: They cleaned the whole house except for the kitchen. They did a great job on the rest of the house with dusting, vacuuming and washing floors.

Description of Work: They split 8 hours among 4 people. One had never cleaned before. Two of them didn't actually clean. Only one, who has experience did the section correctly that she worked on. |Waste of money.
