Description of Work: They never contacted me to schedule the service so I reached out to them. My voice mails were also ignored but I did eventually reach them a few days later. Then they didn't show up at the scheduled time. I waited for 40 minutes and they still didn't show up so I called back and cancelled.

Description of Work: They were funny. I liked their style, but they were not professional in a typical way. I thought since my house is small they would use the extra time to deep-clean, but they finished in an hour and left rather than filling the hour and 1/2 that I purchased. But I still give 'em an A because my house was clean.

Description of Work: They did a very good job on the rooms they got to. We are waiting on a call from the owner to set up another date to finish the deep clean in the rooms the did not get to. This was a major undertaking since it had never been done at our house and due to a back injury I had let things go. I am very pleased with the work the ladies did yesterday and I hope the same ones come back. Things went very well considering it was a day when everyone was at home but that helped so my daughter could help with her dog.

Description of Work: The service started out great, but as time went on I noticed the little things that were not being done. Such as asking that the inside of the French doors be cleaned where the dogs lick them. Hair next to the toilet was there for 2 cleanings in a row. Curtains in half bath damaged by splashed bleach.
