Matt was excellent and seemed to know what he was doing. Price reflects travel charge; diagnostic and actual job is extra. They didn't tell me that before coming out. AL discount only applies to a job (work must be done). It's not clear if it applies to diagnostic fee.

They did a pretty good job, and I was satisfied.

The office staff were very responsive; however, once I agreed to have the work done several problems arose. First, the office manager called to tell me that the brand of toilets we agreed upon (which they had informed me were the best) was not available so I had to choose another brand. The installer showed up a day early. He installed two of the toilets, then had problems with the third. He said the flange was broken and had to be replaced. I looked up the pricing on a flange and found it to be between $5.00 to $15.00. The company charged me $233 extra for the flange and installation. Two of the toilets are seated crookedly, there's a stain on the carpet in front of one of the bathrooms, and there was a mess left in the floor of the bathroom he had a problem with. The company also didn't credit the $15 discount from Angie's List. I would never consider using them again. It remains to be seen whether they will correct their work.

Matt was great - polite, friendly, knowledgeable, took care of the problem - top notch experience. It was expensive. But on a Saturday night before a big dinner party you pay what you need to pay to get the problem fixed.

They were very, very expensive for what they did. Extremely expensive.

I haven't had any problems with it and they did a great job!!

The plumber was very prompt- he came within an hour even though I had not indicated that my leak was an emergency. He was very pleasant, worked quickly, & was obviously skilled.

They were very nice. They give you a folder of information and gave household tips.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY RESPONDED WELL. THEY GAVE US A BIT OF A DISCOUNT. FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY DID AND THE TIME THEY WERE HERE THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH. ONCE I SAW WHAT HE DID I WISHED I COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF.

I spoke to the owner and we were on the phone for about 30-40 minutes to go over the web site for a Delta faucet. I could not have been more pleased.

They were late and I found their attitude to be off putting.

ERP was very prompt in returning my phone call and in scheduling an appointment. Even after they scheduled, they called back to try to get in earlier as their schedule permitted. The work was effective, and the toilet runs fine now. They charged a $59 dispatch fee in addition to the cost of the project, for a total of $186 for less than 30 minutes of work. The only surprise and the only negative was the overall cost which seems high.

On time, very professional, reasonably priced

Price was a little heavy (visit was less than 2 hrs). They came right out and got me squared away.

Excellent except for price. They are expensive but do quality work with quality people.

Job 1: Came out very quickly! Very polite and professional. Explored several options for fixing the problem. Job 2: Everyone, from the receptionist to the technicians are always polite and a joy to deal with. They have the kind of customer service that one just doesn't see too often anymore. I would recommend them to anyone.

THE PLUMBER EXPLAINED TO ME THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS & SHOWED ME THE BROKEN WASHER MACHINE HOSE. (OLD RUBBER) I REPLACED THEM WITH METAL HOSES. GOOD COMMUNICATION & I APPRECIATED HIS RELIABILITY I ALSO WAS PLEASED ABOUT THE PRICE.

The repair man was very patient and tried to save the old toilet. He was very neat and went out of his way to complete the job in just the one day. Not sure what a new toiled installed costs today but I thought $650 was a little high, but they did come out the same day I called. Very quick service which is very important.

While also being very professional and competent, Jerry Rysanek was very nice and personable and extremely pleasant to work with. He explained EVERYTHING he was doing and although I know a reasonable amount about plumbing, I also learned a lot. He was very straightforward and was informative issues/problems the house may have in the future. I would always call Parker Plumbing first if I could not fix it myself.

Shirley answered the phone and helped me with selecting a replacement unit. She was very polite and helpful. She quoted me the price for the service and even called back to tell me of a price adjustment due to the type of water heater I was replacing. I had done some research on water heaters and knew that my unit was more expensive to replace, so this did not surprise me. Terry, the service representative, arrived promptly and proceeded to install the new unit and remove the old one. He was polite, efficient and very helpful. I was very pleased with the whole transaction from start to finish.

The work was done well, on time. There was a slight leak after he left, but a phone call to the company resulted in an immediate return to repair the leak. The plumber was very helpful in explaining how the system works and working with me as I ran and connected the electrical wires for the pump.

I called ''Emergency Response Plumbing'' because I wanted assistance on a Saturday. The answering service stated that I would receive a call from the plumber ''soon''. The plumber did not call until Monday morning. I was able to find another plumber who performed the job over the weekend.

THEY DAMAGED THE WALL. I CALLED THIS MORNING AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO FIX IT. THE WOULD NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I LEFT NOW TO HIRE A DRYWALL PERSON TO FIX THE MISTAKE.

He was very professional. (came with an assistant) Wore covering on their shoes without asking. I felt comfortable with him and was happy for the work and price.

Technicians were early. Company was very helpful in arranging visit to meet my work schedule. Technicians were professional and explained situation and advised of options.
