Called on Monday afternoon (Labor Day) and received a call back at 7:30am the next day. The repairman arrived within the hour and was finished the repair by 9:30am. Repairman was very friendly and professional.

Excellent job from estimate to completion. I highly recommend this company based on my experience. Punctual on every appointment. Explained the work that would be done and provided an accurate expectation on how long the work would take on each visit. Work was done neatly. We are very pleased.

I was very pleased. They got the job done in an efficient manner. They did not disclose the cost of the project and stuck to the price. They were also giving the recommendations that we may never have thought of.

We were unable to completely turn off the kitchen faucet and the pipes made a whistling noise. Also, the washing machine leaked. The plumber was very polite, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one. He did not try to oversell his services. He did great work. The price was good.

It went well. Jeff called to say he was stuck in traffic, even though he wasn't late. He was personable, professional, and neat. He put a drop cloth down before starting the job and when he finished, he wiped up the small amount of water on the floor. I was very pleased with the work.

Mike, the installer, carefully hand dug the trench, so that our bushes would be preserved, rather than use the backhoe. He then cut & moved the pipes, installed the valve, filled the trench, and replanted the bushes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained how the valve worked and what maintenance was needed. He also suggested that I add topsoil around the disturbed bushes to help them recover.

They were very prompt and courteous. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave some good advice on how I could fix the problem myself. I thought they were very professional and I appreciated the fact that they gave me the advice to save some money.

It was after hours and maybe even a holiday weekend. They did what they were supposed to do. We were happy.

I'm not sure I can even communicate how appreciative we were for the quick response and great service provided by Mike at ER Plumbing Services. He was there quickly, helped relieve the problem we were having and then stayed with us even after he had done all he could do in order to help us with getting the city workers out quickly to fix the main problem and to coordinate the environmental cleanup. His efforts and willingness to go beyond what I think most plumbers would have done saved us, I'm sure, a lot of money, time and what would have been even greater headaches in getting everything cleaned up and repaired.

After figuring out that my water heater was on its way out, I called ER Plumbing based on their high marks on Angie's List. To cut to the bottom line: ER Plumbing did good work, but they gave me the hard sell, and they are expensive. When any contractor gives you the hard sell, you should slow them down and entertain other bids because in my experience a hard sell equates to a high price. They don't want you to spend too much time thinking about it or getting other bids. I did not get other bids in this instance, and that is my fault. ER Plumbing did quality work, and got the new water heater installed the same day, but they are very expensive. To test my theory, I contacted them a few weeks later about disconnecting an old sink and and hooking up a new sink and they quoted me 150% higher than the plumber I ended up hiring, who did an EXCELLENT job.

He was very professional and kind. He did excellent work. He was polite and friendly and explained everything.

Everything went perfect. I would use them again in the future. They were very trustworthy. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I really enjoyed having them do the work. The prices they had were great. They could come out faster then anyone else.

They were professional and they did have a late line to call and reach someone. They were on time.

Jim, service tech, on time, happy and diligent; all went well; out in 1 1/2 hours.

They did a good job but seemed to be expensive. They came to look at it and installed one on the spot.

Couldn't have been better. Couple of parts were less expensive to buy elsewhere, so that was recommended showed a part to mail-order from Moen & loosened faucet handle so we wouldn't scratch it.

This company is fantastic. This is the second time we have used them. Jim came out the same day - within 4 hours of calling - and did some preliminary tests to see if there was an obvious leak on our side. He determined that there could be a leak in our system and that they would need to come back the next day for a full diagnostic test. Next day, the owner came out with Jim and after re-doing some of the tests, they came up with a theory as to why the water was pooling. They did not do the full diagnostic test - which would have been much more expensive - b/c they stated it would not be appropriate in our case. Additionally, they only charged us once to come out to our house. This is an extremely fair company and everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic. They always arrive on time, as promised...and always call when they're within 30 minutes of arrival. We will be recommending ER to all our friends.

They do good work! When they put the water heater in, they actually came and gave me an estimate before I went out of town. I didn't even have to be there when they did the job. It was very nice and professional.

I submitted a request for service from their website and I received an email within an hour letting me know they would call to set up the appointment. They were on time; Chris was very professional and looked at several problems we were having. He referred me to a well company for a job they could handle for less cost, and made suggestions on improvements we could make ourselves, as well as other services/products his company offers. He did excellent work on our repair.

The jobs they have done for me range from $200-$4000. Their gold service plan is excellent! They are extremely responsive with competitive pricing.

Double-bay kitchen sink would not drain quickly. I removed the p-trap and removed some food, but the clog remained. Booked appointment online at 6:30pm, and requested service in the AM next day. Received call from company operator at 7:30am the next morning confirming a service window of 10-12pm. She later called at 9am to confirm when he would arrive. Service technician (Jeff) arrived at my house at 9:55am! Drain was cleared by 10:45am.

Richard arrived as scheduled and was professional at all times. Was courteous and listened to problems. Did a good job of explaining options.

The service repairman was friendly, arrived when the company indicated (within a 2-hr block of time). The office also called when he was on his way to let me know when he would get there. I didn't have to waste most of my day waiting for a repairman to come. He was able to fix the clog within 20-30 minutes. The lady I initially talked with also told me about a coupon available on their Website since I was an Angie's List member - so I saved $15 on the call. Overall, it was a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
