We have used ER Plumbing for several years and Terry has been at the house at least 3 times before this work. We have been happy with the professionalism and quality of service each time Terry has been out. This time was no exception. We were able to get an estimate with 1-2 days of requesting an estimate, and I was able to schedule the work on my preferred date given that none of the plumbing work was emergency repair. On the scheduled day, Terry showed up at the scheduled time (first job of day) and brought the new toilets in the house right away because it was looking like rain. The work was completed within approximately one-half day as was consistent with the time frame given when Terry was out for the estimate. Our original estimate was for replacing three toilets but one of them proved to be a challenge since the original plumbing was roughed too close to the wall for the selected toilets (10" instead of 12" as for the other toilets in the house). The builder sub either made an error in placing the pipe or the sheet rock crew incorrectly placed the back wall (backs to a closet) and moved this from a 12" to 10" rough. Terry contacted the office and ER Plumbing did some research on finding a toilet that will work in the remaining bathroom since 12" roughs appear to have become the standard. We were provided with some recommendations and are in the process of deciding what to do with the remaining bathroom toilet. Terry told us that there will be no service charge on the next trip out to the house. Aside from the third toilet and the kitchen faucet, all other work was completed as planned. Terry found that he was not able to repair the kitchen faucetwithout parts from Moen because the faucet was stripped and would need to be cut to repair. At this point, we are going to select a new kitchen faucet and will have this installed. Terry provided some recommendations. Dave Parker, the owner, called to provided requested information regarding the kitchen faucets as we want to avoid a chrome plate on the counter top and are going down from a four holed faucet (faucet handle, faucet, sprayer, soap) to a two holed faucet (faucet w/sprayer and handle in one apparatus plus the soap). Dave is obtaining some samples to view that will blend better to to counter top than a chrome plate. We plan to schedule the work once the selection has been made.

Refused to give an hourly labor rate. They charge "by the job" no matter how long it's going to take. Said they would charge $69 just to come and diagnose and to fix a leaking faucet in the bathroom could be "as much as $649". Not satisfied, doesn't seem like they are giving honest charges if they charge "by the job" and not by the amount of labor it takes. Gouging!

Boyce was on time (within an hour of my call), courteous and quick. He showed me what he was doing. Everything was back in order in about 10 minutes.

Lance was very helpful when he first came out Saturday morning, and the crew did a great job putting in the new water heater. Lance also contacted Service Team of Professionals (STOP) Saturday to come out and extract the water from the carpeting in the family room. They did a great job with this, and recommended to my insurance carrier that the carpeting be replaced. Both ER Plumbing and STOP kept this from becoming something horrible. I really appreciate all of the help from them.

I was sittI called them early Sunday morning. My call was returned within 2 hours, and the service man arrived an hour later as promised. I had a stopped up toilet which he cleared in less than 30 mins. He recommended that I might want to consider replacing the toilet since it is over 25 years old and might not be sealing properly. I agreed, not because of what he said about it not sealing, but because I wanted a commode that sits an inch or two taller. My old one set too low for me and my knees. I made another appointment for the next day.

The guys from ER plumbing were very accommodating and quick to schedule a date/time that worked for us. I will definitely be calling them again if I need plumbing assistance.

The estimate that I received was too high. I decided not to use this company.

Mike arrived on time (he called first to give me the exact time he would arrive). He greeted me and took off his shoes before entering the house. I showed him the toilet. He explained what he thought would fix the problem and advised what it would cost. He then told me what would need to be done if the first course of action didn't fix it and told me that price as well. He went to work. He had the issue fixed very quickly. He cleaned up and accepted my Angie's List coupon. I am well pleased!

We have used ER Plumbing for years and have always been satisfied with their service. Richard did a fantastic job, was punctual, quick and cleaned up after himself. It doesn't matter whether we call them for emergencies, maintenance or installations - ER always does a great job. Every one of the guys they've sent our way over the years has been friendly and professional.

Michael was our plumber. He was pleasant and on time and explained what he would be doing. As he worked, other problems surfaced and he let me know about them and what was needed to correct and how much it would cost. He came to install a new garbage disposal. He did that and when he was done, the new disposal made a loud noise. He immediately called his office and told me that he would return with a replacement disposal. Later, the noise stopped so the replacement was not needed. Michael showed me that the kitchen faucet was leaking into the cabinet and so he returned (scheduled at my convenience) to install the new faucet that I purchased. He gave me good advice as to which faucets to avoid (poor quality) and which ones were known for good quality. When he installed the new faucet, he discovered that the shut off valves under the sink were not operating right, so those also were replaced. All work was done with care and all issues were addressed. I feel the work was done professionally. E.R. honored the Senior Citizen discount they offer through Angie's List, also.

Excellent service. THe were prompt, well mannered, and provided service on a sunday morning and charges the standard service call fee of $69 that they charge for any call. I would definetely call on them again.

Everything went very smoothly. The work was done quicker than they had estimated. I was concerned about a noise later that day and called. It turned out to be a common thing, but they called me back four times that day and the next. Their customer service is outstanding.

Leaking started at 6:30 am when taking a shower. Water was coming from second floor shower though family room ceiling. Called 2 different places. ER was able to come right away with no additional charges. Plumber arrived at 8 am (exactly on time) and accessed the problem. He agreed that it was the drain from the master shower. He tried to use the original drain but it was poorly installed by the builders. He had to install a different type through the ceiling. He cut 4 holes into the ceiling looking for the drain. He applied the new drain and gave us numbers to hire someone to fix the damage.

Overall the experience was very good. Water heater was replaced with an upgrade (40 gal to 50 gal) which I liked. It took about an hour to replace. Everything went smoothly. I was surprised at the cost (which was discussed with me prior to installation.) I did not realize the price of water heaters had gone up so much since I got my last one 7 years ago. I can't say that E.R. Plumbing prices are high, as I did not get another estimate. The electric connection to the old water heater was not ideal, so Richard arranged for an electrician to stop by and make some changes, which made the electrical connection at the WH look much more professional. Electricians were very nice and professional; their job took about 10 minutes. Richard was polite and professional. We discussed the pros and cons of tankless water heaters, but I preferred to go with a tank WH. I would recommend E.R. Plumbing to anyone. I felt they did quality, professional work.

Rich from E.R. Plumbing was prompt, courteous, and professional. He arrived within 20 minutes of my initial call to the company. He quickly diagnosed the problems and corrected them and what I feel was a fair price. I will definitely call this company again.

They were at my house about an hour and a half. It was little more expensive that I'd like. I haven't had any issues since they came which is good.
