He's so good he stays busy. I thought their price was very reasonable.

I spoke with Tim, and he was very professional and honest. They could not do the type of job we needed them to do, but they recommened other companies and were very nice. I would definately use them in the future.

Tim promptly returned my call and set up a time to give me an estimate. He was on time, and called me that afternoon with his estimate. He then sent me a contract by mail. Russ came out and did the work. He was on time and did a very good job. He is a pleasant family man. Our vanities were late arriving and he made two extra trips for installation. These guys are very busy, but were worth the wait.

They are very good. The prices are very reasonable. They are professional and prompt. Also very polite. All around, a great company to work with.

Tim came to my home arriving right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about ceramic tile. The problem I had was a bigger job than what he normally does, plus the problems associated with the shower needed more than just a simple fix. He was truly a nice person even offering other companies that were on Angie's list that he knew did great work to help me with my situation. He even went a step further calling me later that same day with other referrals that could help me. I would certainly recommend this company for their knowledge, professionalism, and response time. I feel certain he would do a good job for anyone, seems to be a good honest person who believes in good work ethics. I give this company A+ all the way !

As usual, Russ was on time and completed the work within the time frame estimated by Tim. Russ discussed each job with me before beginning and as he saw changes possible during work. Cosmetic changes I requested were completed 3 days after contacting them again. This is my 2nd experience with this company and won't be my last!

Tim Bordner arrived on time to inspect the house. He gave a detailed proposal of the work to be completed and walk around the house to show us exactly what he was going to repair. He called to let us know the ordered materials had arrived and he called the day before the scheduled work date to confirm. They arrived on time, they were efficient and professional. The quality of the work is excellent. The work was completed in one day.

GREAT experience! Tim arrived on time to do the estimate. Very reasonable pricing and good availability to do the work. This ended up being a 4 day job and Russ was on time every day to perform the work. Russ was fantastic to work with - nice, very clean while doing the work. The results exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with the whole experience with Russ & Tim. They provided a thorough description and detailed estimate of the work to be performed in a timely manner. They were professional in every respect. Their workmanship was superior, and their pricing reasonable. They kept the workspace tidy, they were friendly, and they kept the project on-time and on-budget. They even did a few extra repairs during the course of their work at no extra charge. They take great pride in their work. We would hire them again with no hesitation!

Needed estimate for replacing doors, siding, and some band sill rot ($3400). Tim explained that they no longer do band sill repair. He was very friendly and helpful and gave me several recommendations for companies that do this type of work. Because of him, I was able to find a reputable contractor. Will consider using them for other future projects.

Both Tim and Russ are very personable and professional. Tim arrived on time to give me an estimate, and was very helpful with suggestions on work that needed to be done. He was also honest about work that could wait or didn't need to be done at all. Russ arrived on time and was more than willing to discuss how the work was to be accomplished, and to discuss options. When I let them know the horizontal trim board under the back patio door hadn't been repaired as specified, Russ came back without any argument and replaced it. I'm totally satisfied with both Tim and Russ and their work.

HAD TO WAIT SEVERAL WEEKS FOR AN ESTIMATE AND TO HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED BECAUSE OF THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE, BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB IN THE TIME ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

COMMUNICATED PROMPTLY, CONFIRMED JOB 2 DAYS BEFORE START, SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID A GOOD JOB, DID NOT EXCEED ESTIMATE, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

TIM PROVIDED A TIMELY PROPOSAL, AND RUSS DID EXCELLENT WORK. THESE GUYS STAY BUSY, BUT MAKE THEIR COMMITMENTS. WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY GOOD QUALITY, AND GOOD CLEAN-UP. BOTH GENTLEMEN WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

RUSS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY HOME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE ADVICE ON FUTURE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE EVEN CORRECTED SOME OF THE MISTAKES THE BUILDER HAD MADE WHEN HE WAS REPLACING THE MASONITE BOARD. I WOULD AND WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER HOME REPAIRS. THEY WERE VERY HONEST IN WHAT NEEDED REPAIR NOW AND WHAT I COULD WAIT ON. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT COMPANY.

THEY DID NOT FILE A BUILDING PERMIT. THEY PROPPED UP THE STEPS OF THE DECK WITH A CONCRETE BLOCK.

TIM WAS VERY PROMPT TO ARRIVE TO GIVE ESTIMATE AND FAXED ALL THE INFORMATION TO ME THE SAME DAY. RUSS ALSO ARRIVED ON TIME ON EACH OCCASION. RUSS DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND IS VERY PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.

WORKED OUTSIDE. I PURCHASED MISC. MATERIALS. ON SCHEDULE & TRIED TO START DAY EARLY. JUST WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH. NO MESS WHATEVER.

RUSS AND TIM DID A GREAT JOB. THE BID WAS REASONABLE AND THE WORK WAS FINISHED IN A RAPID AMOUNT OF TIME. IN ADDITION, THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE.
