Description of Work: I bought a pest control package. It seems they came out a lot to spray and it didn't work. They came as promised. I just expected the service to work. They didn't cancel my service when I asked. I had to call back again to get the service cancelled.

WE HAD BEEN STOOD UP BY THE OTHER COMPANIES - CLEGG''S NOT ONLY SHOWED UP -- THEY WERE EVEN ON TIME AND THEY CALLED THE EVENING BEFORE TO CONFIRM! I WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE IT RAINED ABOUT 30 MINUTES AFTER THE OUTSIDE TREATMENT, SO I CALLED AND THEY CAME BACK OUT, NO CHARGE - AND AGAIN CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT. WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED!
