Perfect. I have been using Robert for about 7 or 8 years now. He is always on time, and delightful person, wonderful and kind to my dog (my dog has some real issues too). He is conscientious about so many details that I greatly appreciate. I also do organic gardening and he has been wonderful about explaining about the chemicals he uses and helping me to do research, etc. Simply the best!

No problems! They scheduled the treatment within a few days of my call and I haven't seen a bug since. Prompt and friendly service, good advice regarding the children and pets in the house; we'll continue to use them.

MR HUNEYCUTT WAS VERY PROMPT IN RESPONSE TO OUR REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE FOUND HIS ESTIMATE TO BE QUITE REASONABLE. HE WAS AVAILABLE TO TREAT OUR HOUSE WITHIN DAYS OF OUR SIGNING OUR AGREEMENT BUT WE WAITED A FEW WEEKS WHEN WE HAD VACATION TIME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY.

It's a father and son-in-law. They're prompt. If you call, he's there within hours. The price is reasonable and he does a very thorough job.

Great job all the way. Robert came out and inspected the house and said "yes you have termites". Explained the procedure and gave me an informative pamphlet as well. I had 2 other companies come out to give estimates and his was the lowest, but I also felt he was the best person for the job as it is family owned/operated. His son and son in law came out to do the job; they arrived on time and worked quickly. Robert came by to check on things as well. He called a few days after the job was completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

No complaints, always on time, polite, take off their shoes when they come indoors, always willing to come back and spray if their is a problem at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

Called at 8 am. They came at 10:30 am the same day. The owner of the company did the work. He was very nice, trustworthy, and honest. He listened to me as I told him where I was having ant problems. After his inspection he reported that I did not have any termites. No pressure to get preventative termite service. I did ask him to come back quarterly to spray for ants.

Very pleasant and nice experience. For the actual mouse problem, I was slightly disappointed since I can put traps around (we thought there would be some better solution). I then signed up for the $65 every three months to spray for pests inside and outside the house. It was something I had thought about doing previously, but I liked the way this company presented it (not pushy at all).

As a former garage door customer, the owner called me to get a quote on garage doors. Ironically enough, HE was on my list to call for HIS services! His son, Chris came out and treated the wall sockets with some 'yummy ant stuff', sprayed the exterior window sills and put out some dry product around the perimeter of the house. Chris was very pleasant and professional. The ant population is diminishing. Hopefully they will be GONE SOON! Definitely will call them again!

The first time I hired them they came out about three or four times in the first month because I was having such a horrible problem with the pests. They only charged me one fee. They come out, call back, and their price is fair. They stand behind their work.

Dillon arrived on time and worked for 7 hours with only a short lunch break. He was careful when trenching around plants. When he had to move things around the outside structure of the house he put them back where they belonged. I was very pleased with his professionalism. He showed me where areas of the house had been treated before and tried to reuse the same drilling holes as much as possible. He took time to answer all of my questions. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

They were great; the technician was a few minutes early, and started spraying outside while waiting for me to arrive. Covered the inside of the house, even the garage. Did not pressure me to sign up for a contract, but mentioned the discounts if I did. Very friendly, and took shoes off when he came inside.

I scheduled an inspection of my house to check for termites. Robert Hunnicutt inspected the house. He did not find any evidence of termites. My house is 14 years old and he explained that the original termite application the builder had applied was good for about 10 years. I knew several houses near me had termite infestation in the last couple of years. I decided to get a new treatment before I had termite problems. They also offer an annual warranty for $100 annually. I was very happy with City Wide. They were prompt, courteous and not pushy. Their price and service was excellent. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

They were very quick to respond to set up an appointment and get out to spary. When he came out, I found him to be very friendly and professional. He was very clear in explaining the process to me, as I had a lot of questions. I saw a couple crickets within the first week, and have seen one cockroach and only a few spiders since. My house is normally full of bugs this time of year, especially spiders and cockroaches. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely be calling them back when I start seeing the bugs reappear!

Called to request service, they came out the next day on time and sprayed for assorted insects including crawl space & basement. Very polite. I am now having them come out once a month for 3 months, and then doing quarterly service.
