They showed up on time, did a very good job in a very cheerful manner. Considering the extent of my problem I think the price was appropriate.

Tony was very conscientious and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions. Every spot was removed, even red candle wax from light-colored carpet. I will be using Carpet Pros again.

TONY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON THE CHAIRS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. I NEVER EXPECTED THE CHAIRS TO LOOK AS GOOD AS THEY DID WHEN HE FINISHED. THE CHAIRS ARE ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN IN A DAMP BASEMENT FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. I AM TRULY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL OF MY CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING.

I highly recommend them. They did a nice job. They were professional and on time.

The price above is for the area rug and stain preventative treatment only. The owner did the other work for free because he had to reschedule due to a transportation problem. They graciously offered to do this on their own. The overall work was done very thoroughly.

Prompt return phone call to discuss the job and provided quote over the phone. Scheduling was no problem since it was just before the holidays. Received a phone call a little before the appointment time to let me know they were running about 0.5 hours behind. Crew was very professional, polite, and explained some technical issues regarding the methods to be used to clean the various upholstery fabrics such as cotton and wool blends. Even placed little plastic pads under chair/bed legs after cleaning the carpet to ensure no contact discoloration as carpets dried. Work was performed a number of weeks ago and the amount paid is a guess at this point. Will definitely use Carpet Pros again at least once per year.

Carpet Pros did an excellent job cleaning my carpets as a step in the process of cleaning my house. In my realtor interviews, two asked if I had installed new carpets even though mine were 15 years old. I was very impressed with the company and its willingness to work on my carpets until they were clean regardless of the time it took or the different processes required to get the soil removed from the carpets..They worked at least 9 hours on my carpets and only charged the originally planned charge of $299 which was determined in a previous trip by the owner, Darrell Thomas. I tried to pay more, but Darrell would not hear of it. It has been a long time since I have seen that much service and quality orientation by a company. I have recommended them to the realtors I interviewed and anyone else who may be interested in having their carpets ''renewed''. Based on my experience, I would recommend Carpet Pros for Angie's List highest service award - whatever that is.

It was a very favorable experience. Carpet Pros were extremely efficient and professional. They were on time, their prices were reasonable and the work was more than satisfactory. I will call them every time I need carpet/rug cleaning.

I am extremely satisfied with Carpet Pros. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my house. Tony was very friendly and did a very thorough job. He made some recommendations for some spot and enzyme treatments. This was a great experience and I will definitely use Carpet Pros in the future.

Didn't charge for area he had stretched before.

We were very satisfied at how effective they were in treating and removing the stain. We were also very impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and friendly Mr. Thomas was representing his company.

Tony has done my carpets on two prior occasions also and is always on time and very professional. The best prices I have ever paid and the most beautiful results ever. The carpets stay looking good, unlike some cleaning companies and they are very easy to schedule with.

Arrived on time for both the estimate and the job. Very professional, honest, and polite. Carpet Pros performed beautifully, did the work exactly as they said they would. The job took a little over 4 hours to complete. The workmanship was of very high quality - a true craftsman. A joy to work with.

Tony was prompt, courteous, and very detailed to his work. We have very light carpets with many stains from our 2 year old son and 2 cats. Tony was able to get up most of the stains (food, playdough, animal stains, etc) and fur. There were a few tiny stains left, but I'm not sure anyone can get them out at this point. He even gave us tips on effective cleaners. Our carpet looks absolutely beautiful!! I plan to use this company every 6 months to refresh and restore our carpets. Their price is great, and their service is excellent! I would recommend them to anyone! We have tried many cleaners before, but every other company left traces of cat fur (one company even brought a vacuum with no spin brush and they couldn't even pick up ANY of the fur!!!), they couldn't get out the stains or neglected to move the furniture. Tony did all of this for us, and left our house looking perfect. This is honestly the best carpet cleaning we have ever had!

I was able to speak to the owner on my first phone call to the company. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked me to put damp towels on the spot and cover them with heavy books. This made the spot easier to remove the next day when he came. Though the person he sent to clean the carpet was 2 hours late the next day, I was still pleased that they were able to come the very next day. The spot came completely out. I will definitely use them again!

They did run into traffic on the way here, but called as soon as they realized they wouldn't make it by their scheduled appointment time. Both guys were polite and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again, and refer them to others.

Tony did a great job getting my carpets clean. There was a rust stain on one of the floors that had not come out when I had the carpets cleaned in the past, but Tony was able to remove it!! The very best part is the manner in which they clean the carpets left them residue free, and 6 weeks later the carpets still look like they did the day Tony left! This was not the experience I have had in the past when they had been cleaned. Highly recommend Carpet Pro's!

VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR CLEANING, COUCH & LOVESEAT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN 2 YEARS---VERY DIRTY! CARPET IN BACK ROOM HAD LOTS OF DIRTY AREAS, AFTER CLEANING, IT LOOKED BRAND NEW AND SMELLED GREAT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON IN A HURRY TO HAVE MY MASTER BEDROOM CLEANED. CARPET PROS SCHEDULED SOMEONE TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. TONY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS WILLING TO DO ANY EXTRA WORK I THREW IN LAST MINUTE AND ALL PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. TONY MANAGED TO REMOVE ALL STAINS. THE DIFFERENCE IS UNBELIEVABLE. MY AREA RUG LOOKS BRAND NEW. I AM DEFINITELY HIRING THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY CARPET OR UPHOLSTERY CLEANING WORK I HAVE IN THE FUTURE. I ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY.

THE TECH, TONY WAS VERY PLEASANT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT MADE OUR OLD CARPET LOOK ALMOST BRAND NEW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS CARPETS CLEANED. THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE OVERALL BUSINESS LIKE PROFESSIONALISM BY THE OWNER AND TECH WAS FIRST RATE.
