Tony was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job on the carpet stretching in one room where we had ripples. The carpets look great, brand new in fact and he was able to remove some stains that reappeared from the last time I had my carpets cleaned. Even a stain on a cotton sofa cushion came right out and looks great. Carpets dried in less that 6 hours. He gave us a free bottle of stain remover for future spot stains. Their pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

The company arrived as scheduled and performed the worked agreed to in about 2hrs. The work was excellent as was Tony, the company representative. They cleaned up after themselves and moved furniture back. They were polite and courteous and we would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Very Professional; arrived on time; did not push the stain resistance treatment, I asked for it; completed the work in the time estimated. Mike was the representative that did the work; Would definitely use them again.

First I am new in Charlotte and live in a brand new subdivision in the University area. Our neighborhood is on the constant lookout for services and service people we can rely on. Darrel Thomas, the owner of Carpet Pros, responded immediately to my email enquiry as well as my phone call. He was very professional, courteous and was sympathetic when I called in a panic to change the time. His (very good-looking!) rep Tony was friendly and professional. He arrived on time, surveyed my modern,lime green, absolutely filthy seats, and said ''Let's give it a try''. Tony took one cushion outside to test the waters, so to speak and voila! It cleaned beautifully! He went about the task of cleaning the rest of the sofa pieces by carrying the pieces outside and applying the pressured water. It was finished in about an 90 minutes. I cannot be more happy! It's cheaper than reupholstery or buying new furniture. I recommend Carpet Pros 150%!!

Tony was prompt and worked hard and quickly while he was here. He was able to get the furniture looking better than I had hoped and the chemicals he used didn't leave any residual smell in the furniture or in the house.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST I'VE USED IN 35 YEARS. Called for an appointment and the owner Darrell answered (very professional, and no leaving messages on answering machine then waiting for a call-back). Got an appointment exactly when I wanted it, and was given the names of the technicians who would be coming to my home. Technicians, Tony & Jacob, called the morning of the service, and arrived exactly on time. Very professional demeanor. Completed the job neatly and in exactly the time frame they estimated. Provided shoe covers for all family members in case we needed to walk on carpets before completely dry. Carpets have never looked, felt or smelled this clean before. Darrell has a quality business and 2 top-notch technicians, Tony & Jacob! I've probably used 6-8 carpet cleaning services over 35 years and this is the absolute best.

Darrel came out and gave me a quote to clean my carpet and to stretch out a couple of wrinkles in the carpet. I opt not to do the stretching, but thought his price was very reasonable. Tony and Jacob came out on time. They were very polite and efficient. Several of the spots that I did not expect to come clean did. I am pleased with their work.

Wow! Tony moved heavy furniture, and put it back in exactly the same spot, got into every nook and cranny (you could see the brush marks), did not bang up my freshly painted baseboards, and did not make a mess of any sort. He just did his thing while I played in the creek with the dogs. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. Hey my carpet is a different color and smells nice too! Thanks Tony!

Experience was very good. Tony was personable, professional and capable. He removed some pretty bad stains: kids' paints, floam and crayons. In fact, we're no longer in a hurry to replace the playroom carpet. We will now use Carpet Pros regularly to extend the life of our carpets.

I was very impressed with the overall experience I had with Carpet Pros. I called late Wednesday and spoke with Darryl. He was able to schedule an appointment the next day at 2pm. The following morning I received a call from Tony who was going to be performing the work to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time and completed the work in about 2 hours. The sofas and rugs both look great.

The Angie's List standards of excellence were apparent. Darrell listened to what we were trying to accomplish and structured his quotation to meet our specifications. His follow up and appointment confirmation by email made it most convenient. Anthony, the technician appeared to have all the skills and experience necessary to execute all facets of the job. This was the third time we had this cleaning done and it was the best experience to date. We've already scheduled to have CP back in six months to for a routine cleaning of the family room.

They were professional, punctual, & polite. This was our first experience in having berber carpeting cleaned & when we were not satisfied with the way the carpet in the master bedroom came out, they came back & did it again. They also explained how berber carpeting should look after it has been walked upon & had furniture on it.

Jacob was very prompt and did a great job explaining the work to be performed and the cost for the job. He gave me a written estimate before he started working. He was here over 2 and 1/2 hours, and he did an excellent job. We have three dogs and had several pet stains that needed to be removed (which Jacob took care of). He suggested that we have our carpets cleaned every 6-8 months to keep them in top condition. He was very careful with our furniture and left absolutely no mess. I would highly recommend Carpet Pros to anyone looking for a quality steam/dry cleaning company. I will definitely use them again.

Overall, I was very pleased. The repair work was excellent, he was prompt, professional and polite. I hoped we'd have a little better result with the pet odor, but overall, I would hire them again.

I was thrilled with how everything looked. The 2 chairs were over 20 years old. They made enough solution of the Teflon coating that they put it on my chairs and the stairs as well as the couch. Daryl called me back in a couple of hours after I called him. Tony and Jacob came out the next day. They were prompt, courtesy and very thorough. There were no extra charges.
