The reception on the phone was excellent. Darrell explained how the company operates, provided me with an estimate, and scheduled the appointment. He arrived on time (ahead of me) and again explained his company philosophy and after examining the carpet offered optional services explaining the reason and cost. He also offered some suggestions including running all the ceiling fans to accelerate the drying process. The work was completed on time and with a certain sense of pride. I was impressed. The technician offered to send me an invoice, but since the work was as requested and complete I paid the agreed amount at that time. I would certainly recommend Carpet Pros and will reemploy them in the future.

Previously had been serviced by ChemDry but wanted to try another firm after spots returned. Carpet Pros very professional, showed up on time and did best job of cleaning of any carpet service I've tried. Only negatives- they did not put protective foam under table and couch while carpet dried and the total charge was $20 more than quoted with no explanation on invoice. I left message for explanation but did not receive call back.

We were very happy with it. They were very responsive and they had the best price of the other companies we talked to. He came to pick up the rug without any additional cost.

We have 3 pets and were questioning whether to replace the carpets due to pet accidents and odor. Our last resort was to contact Darrell and Carpet Pros and he provided his honest suggestions on what we should do in each room. The recommendations were not always the most expensive option but rather the best solution to suit our needs. The pricing we were given was very competitive and based on their Angie's list discount and rating, we felt comfortable going with them and were very pleased we did. They were able to schedule us within 2 weeks of the day we received our estimate and they showed up right when they said they would. We were amazed at the time and attention that was given to our carpet to ensure that problem areas were as clean as could be. Not only is the quality of service high and pricing competitive, but Darrell and his team are good people too. Very friendly and exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. We'd use them again and definitely recommend.

Carpet Pros was able to do the work very promptly and their price was very reasonable for the job done. He showed up on time and cleaned the carpets in our home. He also cleaned our indoor/outdoor carpet on the back covered porch, which we hadn't even though of cleaning. While cleaning he pointed out several areas where carpet brighteners had been used, and gave us tips for stain removal in the future. He also left us with a small bottle of some carpet cleaning solution we could use for spot cleaning. Great work.

Carpet Pros is a company that works hard to please the customer. They were always pleasant, informative and prompt, but most of all the service I received surpassed all other prior experiences. Carpet Pros will remain my carpet experts.

I thought that I would have to replace the carpet throughout my home after a local carpet cleaning company did such a poor job of cleaning my carpet. I was hesitant to put more money into cleaning the carpet after that experience. But not only did Carpet Pros get up most of the same stains the other company left behind, they also stretched some areas of the carpet and did an excellent job repairing a small area of carpet that could not be cleaned. I was very pleased with the results, and highly recommend that you call Carpet Pros when you need to give your old carpet new life!

Darrell returned our call promptly, and arranged for his technician Tony to come out ASAP. The job was done over the course of 2 days. On the first day, Tony cleaned the furniture and treated it with an enzyme to prevent the cat smell from coming back. He then pulled back the wet carpet from the flooding, cut out the padding, and left the high-powered fan to dry out the floor boards. He then returned 3 days later to replace the padding, put the carpeting back, cleaned the carpet and treated it with a mold-inhibiting enzyme. Each day, Tony worked quickly, left the work area clean, and did a high quality job. As an added bonus, he was also friendly, and offered to check into finding someone who might be able to fix a small cut in the love seat. Overall, Tony & Carpet Pros made what could have been a terrible experience into a pleasant one. They worked quickly, the price was fair, and the work was outstanding. Will definitely use again if we have carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

As usual the carpet was ''like-new'' when the finished. The furniture is cream and was looking worn and dirty around the seams. Now it looks almost new again. The removed several food/dirt stains which were several months old. They were very professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. Daryl the owners cleaned the furniture himself. We can't recommend them enough.

Excellent! We initially figured we needed to tear out the carpet but Tony made it look new. Carpet Pros exceeded our expectations. Best of all was the customer service, so rare in today's world. Tony truly wanted to make sure we were happy with the work (which we are.) They were on time and very professional. Highly recommend.

Carpet Pros was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. The owner, Darrell, was able to give an accurate estimate, very reasonable price over the phone. The technician, Tony, who did all of the work himself, was efficient and extremely meticulous to details. Taking care to get all the problem areas cleaned, while ensuring our furniture was unscathed. He managed to remove a Children's Tylenol stain (red dye), that I was told by other cleaners, for years would never come out. I highly recommend this company.

Darrell spoke to me on the phone, quoted the price in advance, changed the appointment because I had an unexpected time conflict and was very professional throughout. Tony was the technician and he did his job carefully and thoroughly in about three hours. We have three small dogs and they do leave a few stains here and there that are all clean now. Even a stain that was there for at least 18 months (from the previous owner) that a previous cleaning company (a chemical cleaning method) couldn't remove is now gone. I'll call Carpet Pro back when I need the job done again.

Called and left two messages to set up a carpet cleaning. After 5 days and no return phone call, I gave up and called someone else from Angie's list.

Tony, my technician, was very punctual, helpful in his advice as to how to attack the problem, and very efficient at executing the job. He offered several options and took a lot of time in helping determine what solution was best for the situation. Very accommodating and professional.

We are very pleased with the work. They removed stains others could not remove. They were on time, courteous and professional. We appreciated that they moved furniture and put protectors under furniture. We will have them back again.

Darrell was so nice and came over as soon as I called him. The damage occurred on Wednesday night and he started the work on Thursday and it was completed by Monday afternoon. The price was very reasonable. All of his employees were just as nice and efficient.

Tony was on time. He was there before I got there. He did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

I thought that Mike and Jacob did a very fine job. They were very personable and professional. They even showed up a little early for their appointment. Mike especially was very knowledgeable. They talked with me to let me know what they could and couldn't realistically clean, but worked very hard to do a great job. I would definitely recommend using them.
