Carpet Pros did a great job. They were very thorough, and the results are better than we have ever had with other carpet cleaners.

Found company on Angie's List and left message for Darrell on a Thursday morning and got a call back mid-afternoon. Darrell happened to have an opening the upcoming Saturday due to a cancellation, and we agreed to have them come out at noon. On Saturday at 9:40 am Darrell called and said they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could come out sooner. We agreed for 11 am, and Tony was at our house ON THE DOT. We did a walk-through and I explained what I wanted to have done - was given a reasonable and fair quote and Tony got to work. After 2 1/2 hours, Tony was done and we were astonished that the carpet looked brand new and realized how very dirty the carpet was before the cleaning. The sofa was significantly cleaner than I expected because Tony said he couldn't promise that he'd get it looking brand new and get all the dog hair out, but there was hardly any dog hair and no pet odor when he was done. We were VERY pleased with the work!

They were very courteous and came almost immediately to come check things out. Very easy to work with, polite, prompt and got the job done.

From start to finish and then follow-through, the service was excellent. Two technicians arrived exactly on time (Alex and AJ) and did a thorough setup and cleaning. The owner, Darrell, came by to check everything out as well. Very nice, clean, and professional operation. That evening, I noticed some darker patches showing up again in high traffic areas of the carpet. I called the owner who, in addition to scheduling a follow-up cleaning within a very reasonable time frame, discussed the makeup of our carpet and some of the typical problems with removing built-up residue or stains. Carpet Pros were on time for the follow-up. Assessed the dark spots, provided a thorough cleaning of the area that I was concerned about (they offered a full carpet cleaning, but I didn't think that was necessary), and suggested ways that we could maintain our carpet in the future to help minimize wear. This company deserves its high marks on Angie's List.

My call was answered promptly and I was scheduled within the week. Darrell even called me to let me know of an earlier opening in his schedule which I promptly took. They arrived right on time and even got done within an hour and a half. The carpet smelled fresh thanks to him deodorizing it and removing what I thought was an impossible stain. Courteous to boot!

Darrell Thomas returned my phone call with 24 hours and was very nice and professional. I explained what I wanted cleaned;he asked a few questions, gave me a quote and scheduled a date and time for the cleaning within the week. AJ and Alex showed up precisely on time and well prepared. AJ was very courteous, professional and quite personable. He knew exactly what I had discussed with Darrell, checked out the rooms to be cleaned,and asked me to point out any potential problem stains that I was concerned about (there were a few!). They moved the furniture for me, cleaned the carpet and put blocks under all the furniture. They were very efficient and very thorough. I am so very pleased with the results as they were able to get out a couple of stains that another carpet cleaning company could not. My carpets look excellent, almost like new, and smell fresh. I would certainly recommended Carpet Pros for carpet cleaning and will use them again.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, punctual and professional. I was very happy with the results.

When I initially spoke with the owner (Daryl), he was so friendly and down to earth. I set up a time and Daryl and AJ were their right on time (and a courtesy call letting me know he was on his way). After showing him around, he knew exactly what was needed to get the job done. Within no time, AJ had things set up and ready to go. AJ was done in a matter of moments. Daryl and AJ are not only professional, but also very personable. I have a puppy and she loves to play and meet new people. Both Daryl and AJ acknowledged Koko (my puppy) and showed her some attention which she loved!!!! This is why these guys have won so many awards. Their customer service is out of this world. And, that is something you don't find to much of these days!!! Will do business with them again, again, and again. Have referred them to several folks!!!

Things went well. They had a quick response time. The workers did a good job at restretching our carpets.

We feel that such rude, discourteous and, to say the least, unprofessional behavior should not go unreported. He does NOT deserve your #1 rating!

This is the third time using Carpet Pros and I am still happy. I check Angie's list periodically to make sure their rating is high before calling them again. Sure enough, great scores as usual. The very first time we had our carpet cleaned (new carpeting) by them there was a slight crunchiness to the carpet. Darrell, the owner, came out and immediately had it corrected and even added a stain guard for free. Great customer service which is so hard to find these days.

I'm assuming he doesn't need the business, as I know I could have been reached.

I called Carpet Pros and talked to Darrell. He was helpful and was able to get me on the schedule within a few days. Tony was the carpet cleaner assigned to our house. He called before arriving to say he would be early. He was friendly and knowledgeable about carpets and carpet cleaning. Before getting to work, he went through each room with me, asked questions, and made sure that the total price matched my expectations. He was professional. I am pleasantly surprised how wonderful the carpets look. Tony even went an extra step and cleaned my ottoman for me, my toddler had just spread sunscreen all over it the day before. That was the icing on the cake. I will definitely call Carpet Pros again.

They did a good job, and I've already called them to come clean my carpets.

They were a very good & reliable company. They came as scheduled. They did call ahead 10-15 minutes. Two employees. They did a good job cleaning our carpets. They placed corner wall protector & wood floor runner protectors. They also elevated some of the furniture with blocks. I will definitely hire them again.

I have Carpet Pros clean our carpets and add teflon protection yearly. I have Tony come to do the job in 2 phases so that we can have most of the furniture moved and get as much of the carpeting cleaned and protected. Tony and Rob did phase 1 this week, and I was worried that some of the spots wouldn't come out, but just as last year, Tony got every spot up! We will do phase 2 in a few weeks in the other rooms. We put very light colored carpets (big mistakes even without children) in the house, but we are very pleased with how clean it looks! Also, although the Teflon treatment costs more, it's applied into the carpet with the cleaning. I believe this makes a huge difference in keeping the carpet clean longer and getting the spots out of the carpet.

They were excellent. A great experience and I would highly recommend them.

The man that came out was very nice, efficient, did a wonderful job on the carpets, and was in and out within a couple of hours. This was all very convenient and I didn't have to wait days for my carpet to dry.

They did a great job for me. They were very professional and honest. I asked them if I needed to have my upholstery cleaned, but he told me to wait since I was moving. He said he didn't want to take my money and then I'd have to pay to have it done again after the move. I 've already recommended him to my neighbors.

Darrell called a few hours before the appointment as he promised, and Tony, the technician, contacted me when he was on his way for my appointment. The general cleaning was reasonably priced and the deep cleaning cost extra, and was well worth the cost. All of the carpet cleaning, including the deep cleaning treatment and the Scotchgard, took about 3 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Tony took the extra step to move furniture to clean, also. That was a great service!!! The cleaning was done two weeks ago and the stains have not returned. I think I can live with the carpet for at least another two years. Thanks, Darrell and Tony, for the great service!!

Darrell is very dedicated to his work, and he is very professional. He came out and listened to me, and fully understood what I needed before he made any suggestions on how to move forward. There was a mix-up on the date the work was to be done, however, once I called, Darrell came right over and did the work that day, as promised.

They did a wonderful job as usual and gave us special treatment and attention because we are repeat customers. Highly recommend them.

Both carpets were very badly stained. The Carpet Pros guys showed up exactly on time, did a superb job, paid careful attention to detail, and we were delighted with the results.

He gave us an education in carpeting which was so helpful! We had one thing that we weren't happy with and he came and looked at it again and explained it to us and what he had done about it. He was great! He is a nice man.

The employees were very friendly and did a good job. The price was competitive, they showed up when they said they would, and offered a discount for Angie's list people.
