Tony was extremely polite and professional. He arrived early, took extra special care to protect my hardwood floors, walls, and furniture. He worked quickly and efficiently and successfully removed pet stains on my sofa.

I was very pleased with the overall results. Darryl, the owner, contacted me the same day that I initially called, even though he was out of town at a convention. The technician was very nice, and professional. The job turned out to be much more involved than we had initially discussed over the phone. Nevertheless, he was very focused and paid attention to detail. He took a lot of time and didn't rush to finish. I was very pleased and would recommend them.

This was the second time using this company and technician, Tony. Tony was on time and the whole process took about two hours. They met all of my expectations.

They did an excellent job on the carpet cleaning. They also cleaned 2 sofas. One sofa was not cleaned up quite as well as it could be. They did return to re-clean the sofa. They did an excellent job on the other sofa. We thought that the sofa was ruined, but they worked diligently until they got the sofa looking great. We would use this company again in the future.

As far as carpet repairs goes, they are magicians. You cant even tell they have repaired it. They did an excellent job. I have used them several times.

We love them. They had to come back twice, I do not blame them. They were so responsive. They thanked me for calling them to let them know that they had not got all of the sofa cleaned.

Tony and Will spent a long time working on it, and I felt it was a great deal of work for the money. After the couch dried, there were a couple of spots where old stains had "run" when they got hit with the steam. I called to ask if there was anything they'd recommend to spot clean those areas with, and Darrell insisted they come back out to fix it (at no charge). The couch looks great!!

Tony did a fantastic job! The stains are not only gone, the carpet looks almost brand new. He was very professional and even moved the furniture back into place for me. He called earlier in the day to see if he could come by earlier, which was even better for my schedule. He was fast, but thorough.

Rugs were cleaned nicely. First delivery was later than promised by day or two. Darrell was very responsive to my communications via email. I received an Angie's List discount.

Called Darrell and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time. Gave estimate. Scheduled cleaning. He did it when he said and it turned out great.

They showed up on time, looked at the areas that needed cleaning, and took note of spots that needed extra work. They immediately got to work and cleaned everything in a reasonable time. Exceptional job on the trouble areas including pet stains under bed.

Excellent, arrived on time, got done when they said and the carpet looks great.

They got it all done in a timely fashion. They came out on a Saturday. Everything looks great! They were on time and great communication.

The cleaning they did was fine, however 9 months after they took my carpet it is still missing and they refuse to return my phone calls. I have been forced to file a larceny report with the police and will be pressing charges. Ironically, this company was listed as a 2006 Angie's List Super Service Award Winner.

Tony and Will showed up on time, went promptly to work, and finished 2.5 hrs later, as promised. Furniture moved and/or elevated as necessary. House was left in perfect shape. Carpets accessible only with "plastic booties" rest of day, but completely dry the next morning. Carpets look clean and new. Great job.

They were very thorough. They were excellent. I would certainly use them again.

The crew did an excellent job stretching the carpet. Unlike other companies, they do not use a knee-stretcher but instead use a piece of power equipment that stretches. Once stretched the crew steam-cleaned our carpet. There was one area in our bonus room that bled up in a pink color. Carpet pros came out and re-cleaned at no additional charge. The entire experience was a very good one. Darrell is very focused on complete satisfaction, and is very thorough in his estimate and explanation of the work. He was somewhat difficult to get in touch with, as he does all estimates and manages the setup of the job. Darrell did return all our calls, though, in a reasonable time and the scheduling process worked effectively.

I called to have the carpet and upholstery cleaned in anticipation of the Thanksgiving holiday. They were responsive and came out before the holiday. We had two couches, two chairs, two ottomans and the hall and stairs done for $400. They did an excellent job and I would call them again.

I have left 3 messages since mid-November requesting to set up an appointment in late December. No one has returned my calls. This happened last October when I had a problem with a job. They did not return my repeated phone calls. I gave them another chance in Feb. 07 and they were outstanding. Again, in July. Outstanding. I've used them 4 times over the last 2 years. Never again. This company should be removed from Angie's "A" List.
