Talked to Darrell initially and he had an appointment available two days from my call, so we set up the time then. Worker called about 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. Worker quoted the price, which was as I expected, based on my using this company last year. Worker proceeded to work diligently for a good 90 minutes or so. Carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. Worker was professional and arrived at the stated time. No problems. I would use this company again and would recommend them to friends.

I cannot recall a more positive experience with a company than I ve had with Carpet Pros and Darrell Thomas. Thinking that my sofa was ruined by pet urine smells, I called Carpet Pros. I spoke with Darrell who said he would do his best to get the odor out and do it without charge. Darrell stopped by the same day I called to pick up the cushion. After several treatments, the sofa cushion is free of pet smells and I couldn t be more pleased. What a wonderful experience and not just because of no charge. Darrell was professional, personable and persistent in cleaning the cushion. Carpet Pros will definitely get my repeat business for upholstery and carpet cleaning.

They did an excellent job. They were here on time and the carpet looked great when they were finished. They were very honest about some spots about what they could and could not get clean. They told us about other things we could do around return air vents. They also gave us quotes about re-stretching some carpets.

They were professional and quick. The only down side is that the rugs stayed wet for a long time, but everybody was accommodating. I'm not sure if the price is correct.

Our neighbor had used this company and referred us, plus they got a good rating on Angies list so we decided to use them. The first time we used them, the owner and the technician came and I showed them all of my concern areas. He explained everything to me and also what I can do to prevent some of the discoloring. They clean the carpets well. Almost a year went by and after a party, we needed them again. The same technician came out and did a terrific job. He even called ahead and had an earlier opening which worked perfect for me. I would definitely recommend them and continue to use them. Can't remember his name but he may be the only one. If not, I will ask for him again.

It was great! We have used them several times. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They were punctual. We were very happy with the results and everything went well.

It looks 100 times better. They were wonderful. I will definitely use them again.

They are really prompt and come at the scheduled time. They do not leave the carpets really wet like other people have. They are a good carpet cleaning company. I have used them about three times.

Called for appt., spoke to a live person and scheduled an appt. within 5 days. Service rep. was on time and performed a very professional job. Met all of our expectations and outcomes. The service rep. displayed excellent listening and interpersonal skills. He is a true professional.

They returned my call promptly and were able to schedule an appointment in short order. The cleaner was running a little late, but he called to apologize and let us know when he would arrive. He was knowledgeable, fast and our carpets look great.

Everything went smoothly, they did a great job with the repair and cleaning.

AJ was polite, professional, and careful while working around furniture and walls, etc. Carpet Pros charged $30 extra to remove several stains. Most of the stains came up, but not all.

We had some stains that couldn't be removed so the owner came out and spent about two hours cleaning the stains.

Called on a Saturday and actually spoke to the owner! Scheduled for the following week. One of his installers came and did the job in about 3 hours. It required some seaming of pieces of carpet and it looks like one piece finished.

We called not knowing if we wanted to keep the carpet or not. They said they would come out and evaluate if it could be easily repaired or recommend replacing it. Tony came out and within minutes of doing stretching of carpet it looked amazing already. They took almost 4 inches in on carpet and that alone made it appear cleaner.

We looked for 'A' rated companies on Angie's List and found Carpet Pros. We called them and they returned our call promptly. Tony came out and did an estimate (and even called in advance to let us know he was on his way) on how much it would cost and how long it would take him. We agreed to have him come back out and do the work so he called his office and set up our appointment. We also received a confirmation letter in the mail from the company with the date and time of our appointment. Tony called when he was on his way - right at the scheduled time - and repaired the carpet. It looks great and Tony was such a great guy. Finally, a company that understands what customer service is and for a great price. We will definitely use this company again.

Gave an estimate and came the next day and did the work. Did a nice job.

To begin with let me say that I have used this company 2 other times before this, with absolutely no problems. They did great work. And always returned me calls promptly. However, this time was a little different. I called them to do the work several times and left messages with no response from them. I wouldn't have kept trying so hard. But they did work before so well, I did want to give them the chance again. Finally the owner of the company got in touch with me on the 5th day. He did apologize over and over and said he'd been sick, that was why he hadn't been able to call me. I felt he should have had a member of his staff at least return his calls to say he was ill and would be getting back with me in a few days. But he didn't do that. However, I did receive a 25% discount from him as a big way to say he was sorry. I was very appreciative for that. The work that was done was excellent as usual. And my wool rug was delivered back to me a day earlier then promised. So things did work out pretty well.

We have had very positive experiences with everyone we have worked with. The owner is responsive and professional and the servicemen who come to the house are punctual, efficient and equally as professional. Earlier this year we had a situation where cranberry juice was spilled on our upholstered dining room chairs and carpet. Even though we called after 8:00 pm, we received a call back from the owner the same night. He gave us advice on how to best treat the stains immediately and sent someone over the very next day. We have been very happy with the service and will continue to use this company.

I'm very pleased with the service and with the result. The young man who came to my home was on time, courteous, and helpful.

This company is THE BEST!!!!! You have to use them. They arrive on time, work efficiently, and have a great professional attitude.

Employee was prompt, called before he came, and was extremely professional. He moved the furniture to be cleaned into the middle of the room, cleaned it, scotch guarded it, and then replaced it perfectly. My furniture had some spots on it and it looks like new. Couldn't be more satisfied.
