They were able to schedule this within 2 days of my call. Tony arrived on time and was very informative, professional and fun to work with. The job was completed in a few hours. The carpet was significantly improved (it had been trashed by renters). The tile sparkled. Will definitely use again.

I will not use them again. They were punctual and friendly but they did not clean the carpet as I would have liked them to clean it. I called them later and asked them to clean up the stains from the carpet. They told me that those stains would not come out. I did not like that answer. They were not very expensive.

I think they were very professional, very knowledgeable and their pricing was well within the reasonable range. There was a stain on one of the carpets and they were very honest to tell that they would not be able to remove the stain rather that pretending that they can clean it. So, what they can clean they do a really good job on that, but, what they can?t clean they will tell you upfront because they don?t want you spending money on it.

Contacted the company and got an esitimate and they came to do the job. They were on time, professional, and fair. The service provider was very nice and helpful. In 2 hours, he was done and the carpets looked better.

I called twice and also sent an e-mail. Company did not respond. They get an F on customer service. They must not be hurting too hard these days to give up paying business. Located in an exclusive part of the city you would think there would be some degree of professionalism.

In the past, they've cleaned my floors as well as my drapery and my Oriental rug. They've done an outstanding job from the moment they picked up the phone until the moment they delivered my oriental rug or finished the job. They are ALWAYS prompt, professional, courteous, and I could go on and on. They are everything I expect, every time. I've used them three times and will absolutely use them again.

They were the first company that I ever in my life contacted for carpet cleaning that didn't pull the wool about a large room being counted as two or three areas. A room was a room. That's why I went with them. I was very pleased with the work, but I did have to ask the gentleman to go back and do a couple of things because I didn'?t feel that he did a great job the first time. At the end of the day, the quality of the work was very good. They were punctual and were very professional.

My house is a big house and he did the work for a very cheap price. He is very flexible, friendly and very service oriented. He is very customer service oriented. I got to know about him through my neighbors. He had come with his wife and liked them both a lot.

I paid another carpet cleaning company to clean a carpet that was in very bad condition. They cleaned it but it did not come clean, so we were going to have to replace it. I found Carpet Pros on the List and asked a Rep to come out an evaluate situation. He said they could get it clean and at my suprise they did.

Better than I expected. We had some rather large "bubbles" under our carpet in the living room and the carpet around the fireplace was completely detached from the tack strip. Tony was able to add better tack strips and reinforce the carpet to prevent the carpet from bubbling in the future. The carpet around the fireplace looked better than I ever imagined it would after Tony was finished. Tony arrived exactly as planned, and the work was carried out in the time frame he said it would. I highly recommend Carpet Pros for their professionalism and attention to detail. I chose Carpet Pros for their reputation, and I was extemely satisfied with their work.

We moved into a home and needed the carpets cleaned in three bedrooms. AJ was right on time and was very polite and professional. We ran into a little problem when I realized that the day before I had the well shocked and had no water available for him to use. I didn't know any of my neighbors and didn't want to ask them if we could use their water. AJ immediately contacted the owner Darrel and they came up with a plan as to where he could get water. After a quick trip to get water, AJ returned. Needless to say, I felt horrible he had to make the extra trip, but he was pleasant and didn't appear it was a bother at all to him. As always, they did a wonderful job! I will use them again and again!

They arrived on time and all of the work was well done.

They advertised 3 rooms for $99.00, but when I received the bill they had actually charged $371.00. I called the gentleman to receive an itemized bill and discuss the cost, but they won't return my phone calls.

We are still getting estimates from other companies. Price was a little too high (439).

We called Carpet Pros from Angie's list based on quality and quanity of former customer comments about their services. Same day service within the hour almost due to a cancellation so we got more than expected. Nice letter received from the owner thanking us for the business. Very professionally run firm that we'd use in the future and recommend to family and friends.

From the first call to schedule until he left, the entire process far exceeded my expectations.

Darrell and team were professional and flexible and executed both jobs very well on short notice. They care about doing the job right which goes a long way in today's world of cutting corners.

Super - on time, efficient, did not make promises they could not keep (we have pool table chaulk stains that cannot be removed). The carpet looks better than it has in years.

Tony was very professional. He moved our sectional sofa for us, which I did not expect. In past experiences, furniture needed to be moved by the homeowner prior to cleaning. I would definitely use Carpet Pros in the future for all of our carpet cleaning and tile cleaning needs. Tony also made a small repair on the stairs at no extra charge.

The stairs and bedroom carpet were cleaned well. The couches were also done very well. While he was here we asked if he could give a quick clean to the living room area rug. He did a "shallow" clean for $20 and it looks fantastic. We will continue to use Carpet Pros Inc.

Ok - technician was about 30-40 mins. late - he called to say he was on his way. Very professional when he arrived - took his time - rug looked good. Had him seal one area/room leading to patio to protect against stain but within a couple of days stains appear to be back (BUSY area) - didn't vacuum up any easier as hoped due to sealer - maybe they'll come up easy when shampooed again. Overall good job - just not sure of the sealant ($18/room) value.

Rugs are only 2 yrs. old but were scrubbed so wet that it took 3 days for them to dry. No pre-spotting anywhere even tho areas were pointed out. Was never asked about fabric content of sofa before scrubbing - sofa was so wet it took a week to dry. Liquid was allowed to drain down the back into the sofa structure. Have had very dirty carpet cleaned in the past and never was it this wet afterward. Drapes were lifted by bringing together and tying in a knot which then, after carpet was dry, had to be pressed. Will never use these folks again - feel technician did not have adequate training.

He had done a great job. He was friendly and was able to answer my questions. He was very professional too. I had to wait quite a while to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait.
