I have called them for two and a half days and have not received a response.

I called on a Wednesday to get a quote and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning to clean the carpets. I received a brochure and confirmation on the cleaning date and time in the mail the next day. Prior to Alex coming he called to confirm the time he would be coming. It had been a number of years since the carpets were last cleaned. Everything came out beautifully. The quote was accurate and Alex was very polite and professional. I will use Carpet Pros again.

They had a special for 3 rooms for $99 and another special for allergen treatment. We have used them several times. This time they did a really nice job. We would highly recommend them for anyone wanting their carpets cleaned. They were prompt, cautious, and professional.

Tony came and did all of the work by himself. He was very experienced and knew what he was doing. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job! Had two heavy traffic areas, stairs cleaned. They look great. Spent a little extra for stain guard treatment but that was an add on I wanted. Very happy with the work. Very professional crew. Will use again!

We were very pleased! Carpet Pros promised that they could get up a sticky residue ( from double faced carpet tape) left where a runner had been removed...and they did! Tony, the service person was great - he was very careful and worked very diligently. I would definitely recommend this company - and would ask for Tony.

This was my first experience hiring carpet cleaners and I was very impressed. The owner Darrell came and looked at my carpets to make sure they could clean them (as I was questioning whether or not I wanted to replace or clean the carpets). He was very honest and up front about what could be done to the carpet and what couldn't be done and what I should expect. When the team showed up to do the work, they were awesome. They did a thorough job. Like Darrell, they explained what I should expect and if any of the stains came back to give them a call. Since then I've moved into the house and the carpets still look great!

We have been quite satisfied with their work. We will continue to use them.

They went fine. However, I tried to get another appointment with them and I wasn?t able to get in touch with them. I get fliers from the about every week, so I was disappointed that they never returned my call. I had to move the furniture myself as well with Carpet Pros, so I found another company to do the work.

John called back and I asked him if his company used vapor steam extraction carpet cleaning, also referred to as dry steam cleaning. He said no, he had never heard of, it and no other company in the area offered it. He said that this would not get the carpets clean and asked why I would want to have it done that way. I told him that this method was recommended for allergy sufferers. He was insistent that this method would not work. I got off the phone with him and called one of the other carpet cleaning companies on Angie's List. The other company, with an A rating, lists the service I needed in their description - 240 Degree dry steam cleaning. That company does use this method, contrary to John's claim that no company in the area used the method, and I have scheduled a cleaning with the other firm. I really think that Carpet Pros should be a little more knowledgeable of the other forms of carpet cleaning, even if they don't offer them and I don't think it is good practice to say that competitors do not offer a service, when they do.

They were very good. They were responsive and it was easy to set up the appointment. One thing I really liked was they were quite careful to protect the walls and prevent any damage through the cleaning process. Their prices were competitive, and they were very neat and clean. I was happy and would absolutely use them again.

The guy did a good job cleaning the carpet. They were very professional on the phone and scheduled me for the very next day. The only downside was that he was late which made me late for a meeting.

I was very pleased with the company and Darrell the owner was extremely efficient and courteous!

Went down into the finished basement and discovered that the hot water heater had ruptured and that the entire basement was flooded. Standing water several inches deep. Since it was a Sunday evening I attempted to use a wet vac. Way too big of a job for two senior citizens. I called Darrell Thomas, of Carpet Pros on a Sunday night around 9:00 and he was wonderful. He calmed me down and assured me he and his team would be there first thing in the morning. True to his word he was at my door at 8:00am ready to tackle an enormous amount of water and densely saturated carpet and padding. Darrell used large machines to suck up the water, elevated the carpet and they put in fans to aid in drying. Although some of the pad had to be replaced, which Darrell also took care of, the carpet was saved! This job took numerous trips to my home and hours of back breaking work to complete. Darrell and his team were always prompt, cheerful & courteous. I've used this company repeatedly, and they've always gone above and beyond. The carpet looks perfect, the pattern lines up perfectly and no musty smell. Darrell, and Carpet Pros did an amazing job. I will never use another carpet service...Carpet Pros is that good!

I thought they would take a little bit longer as they had to stretch some carpets and clean most of the house and they seemed to go pretty fast but it was ok and I had no problems. I was satisfied with their service.

After we put this experience on Angies List, the company responded. They then paid in full for us to have the sofa recovered.

They are very good and their prices are reasonable. It is only one individual who comes out to clean and he is very good. He does a real thorough job. He is here on time when you fix an appointment. You feel confident that you are getting a good job. He does move furniture while cleaning. It is the only place that I would use for carpet cleaning.

We liked them. They were helpful. They did a good job. The price was reasonable. We had some chairs up on the third floor. They had broken one of them. We were not happy with that. We called the owner and he offered to reimburse us the amount for fixing it.

I called Darrell Thomas and explained what I needed. That day, he was able to pick up the rug and take it back to the shop. I asked if it would be possible to have it before Thanksgiving (knowing that there might not have been enough time) and he promised he would. There were many "pet" stains on this wool/cotton blend rug, but when he delivered it (on time) and we rolled it out, we were extremely impressed with the results. We will definitely use him again.

We have used them before and have been satisfied with their services. However, on this occasion, we noticed after they left that they did not clean 2 of the pillows on the chair. I left 3 voice messages and none were returned. I turned to Angie?s list for assistance. It took two weeks for Angie?s list to get a response. I was never contacted in this period. In their official response they state they will continue to try to contact me. They have my telephone number and address and the only communication has been an ad in the mail. At the end of the day, the issue isn?t the pillows but the fact they don?t stand behind their work or even return calls.

Arrived right on time. Surveyed areas to be cleaned. Quoted price (acceptable). Started work immediately. Finished in just over an hour. Looks as good as could be expected, but still needs to dry.

The carpet had become quite wrinkled in all of the house except 2 bedrooms. Also it needed cleaning. Mr. Thomas came and gave an estimate, which seemed reasonable. He was prompt and very courteous. We set up an appointment to have the work done about a week later. Two gentlemen arrived and did the work in about 4 hours. This is how long Mr. Thomas had estimated it would take. They were able to do the stretching without us having to move too much furniture. They did a good job and the carpet looks much better.

The crew did outstanding work & cleaned over & above some areas, however, we tried 4-5 times to contact the company to discuss a problem area, which we covered prior to the original service. Received no response to our follow -up inquiries, thus the quality of their original work is diminished by a total lack of follow - up advice or at least a return of our calls.
