Owner came to house after hours to give an estimate. Called in advance and was on time. Gave a written estimate. Could do work within 3-4 days. Two repair techs came out a couple of days later and stretched my carpets. They called in advance to let me know they were on their way. Right on time and within their promised window. Work was performed within two hours and was very satisfactory. Tech's wore shoe booties to protect my clean carpets and even vacuumed up and took all of the trimmings away with them. Overall, a great experience!

They did a very good job. They were prompt, and even called to let me know they were on their way. I would use them again.

From the first meeting with Darrell when he came to give us an estimate, to the completion of the work less than 2 weeks later (because of my schedule), I was impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and personality of everyone we worked with. Tony handled the carpet replacement--can hardly tell he had to seam the pieces together. Alex did the cleaning here in the house, and left everything clean and fresh. I will highly recommend them to my friends, and will call them first next time we need cleaning done.

Alex came out and cleaned the carpet. It looked great, but a stain reappeared later. It was an old coffee stain that I had treated myself, so it wasn't very noticeable. The cleaning process caused it to reappear as the carpet dried. I called back, and Darrell himself came out on Saturday. He explained about the tannins in coffee requiring special treatment to break them down (I hadn't told Alex that it was a coffee stain, if I had he would have been able to treat it the first time, so it was my mistake). Darrell cleaned the stain quickly and didn't accept any additional payment. I have used them previously, and they always do an excellent job. If there is a tough stain, they do whatever it takes to clean it. We were talking to Darrell, and he explained about their thorough hiring process with background checks. We will always call them when we need carpet cleaned. They are the best, and the most trustworthy.

I had a big screw up with them. I sent my oriental carpet to be cleaned and they had it for six months. I tracked down the owner and left a message saying “I want my carpet now!” He called me immediately and it turned out that his manager really screwed up. He had been overseas and was extremely ill when he came back. He was really upset. I got my carpet back and it looks great. He was so upset that he bought me a very expensive pad to put under the carpet that I purchased to replace the missing rug. When I finally tracked him down I was really frustrated but it was a new deal once I found out where he was.

They were very good. We used them when we first moved into the house. Every time we use them, the carpet's clean. They do a good job. They come when they're told. Pricing is good. I have also referred neighbors. I've gotten discount coupons, and that helps, too. They are very professional. They did a good job with what they had.

I hired Carpet Pros to clean my daughters bedroom carpets in her condo to rent. The bedrooms were completely empty, no funriture. The renter, a lady and her mother, inspected the condo yesterday before moving in today. The mother complained of dirty carpets especially around the edges next to the wall. The carpet edges were dirty almost black looking. On Sunday, 6/26, my wife tried to clean the edges but had to call another carpet cleaning company to get an emergency cleaning of the carpet edges this morning before the renters moved in. It was difficult to see the edges at the time of the cleaning due to wet carpet and I could not walk into the room and inspect the edges closely. Carpet pros were professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after completion. The complaint is that the carpet edges were not cleaned properely.

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful! Exactly what I wanted, crew was on time and very neat. Right on budget. Very skilled team. Quick return call, easy appointment set-up. Overall GREAT experience. Add Carpet Pros to contact list...they are great!

When i called this time, I did not specifically say i was an Angie's List subscriber. Maybe that made the difference because they never returned our calls. I called one time and left a voicemail. I received one voicemail back. My husband called 5 subsequent times and never received a return phone call. In my opinion, when you run your business by using voicemail instead of having someone dedicated to answering the calls and talking with the customer you're cutting corners that will reflect in your business. I receive mailers all of the time about this company and not sure where the breakdown is for them but their customer service needs some focus. Won't recommend and will definitely tell others of our poor experience and their poor customer service of not returning calls.

They never returned my calls or responded to my e-mail.

The owner contacted me after I left a message and I questioned him prior to booking the appointment, about being able to clean berber carpeting. He advised would be no problem, they clean berber all the time. The employee arrived on time and he advised berber could be difficult. He then proceeded in cleaning. It looked good, but a couple days later, my son and 19 month old grandson were here from out of town and were going barefoot on the carpet, which I do not. Low and behold the bottoms of their feet were black. We wiped them off and said okay lets do this again to see if it really is the carpet. Well, they walked barefoot again on the carpet and their feet were black again. I tried calling the business number three times and left word to call me back. I left a message 5/23, 5/24 and 5/25 and they have never returned my call. I will not pay them again for carpet cleaning and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Tony did a wonderful job and we were very impressed with both the quality of the work and the price. He knew a lot about the problem and exactly how to treat it. He even made 2 trips out to our house. The mold problem was a terrible experience for us, and it could have gotten worse if we had not had an honest and knowledgeable person handling the problem.

Extent of cleaning and moving furniture was explained to me over the phone and the work scheduled right away. Work was done on time and as described, and we're very pleased with how the carpeting looks and smells now.

They did a great job. We found them on Angie's List when we were checking ratings. Their friendliness stood out, and they just did a good job. The only other company that matched their price was a company that I didn't want to use. They didn't take long to come out.

Owner of company came out, reviewed job and gave estimate. Technician came at appointed time. As was explained to me ahead of time, the repair was performed without removing the majority of the furniture; I helped him move a couple of larger items around, although he was prepared to move everything himself. He loosened the carpet. re-stretched it, removed the new excess and re-installed it. The work was done quickly and the final bill was within the original estimate. Since I've been slow to submit my report, I can say the re-stretching was a complete success; we've no issues since. I get an occasional mailing for specials (cleaning, etc), but have not as yet needed their services again. If you're concerned about any especially delicate or heavy furniture, I'd specifically request 2 technicians or move it beforehand. Other than that, I'd recommend them without hesitation.

They were okay. I had some problems with them changing the appointments. They were not unprofessional. I would not use them in the future.

They were very responsive. Came in did the job quick and offered suggestions on how to treat pet urine odor ongoing.

They came right out and cleaned the carpet. It turned out as well as could be expected. They responded very quickly and did the best they could. I was happy with the outcome and I would defiantly call them again.

They are very professional. They offer good value. We have frequent need of their services because we have a naughty house pet.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning overall. They were extremely flexible; allowing me to change the cleaning date several times due to circumstances beyond my control. They were on time and on budget. I gave them a "B" for price only because they charge you quite a bit per room for a la carte services, such as carpet protection. Although, they are not pushy in offering those extra services and respect your decision. They are very informative and walk through the house with you taking into account special needs, problem areas or sensibilities you have with the process. They honor every promise they make and were extremely trustworthy. The carpet looked like new when it was done. I will use them again to re-stretch and clean the a carpet at another property.

I thought I would have to replace the carpet. They were able to replace the carpet padding and eradicated all of the mildew smell! They used chemical cleaners and sprayed to ensure we won?t have any mold returning. They were able to save the room! The owner and helpers were incredibly nice!

We were told the furniture would be moved and cleaned underneath, but the technician was unwilling to move the queen sized bed, which needed a good cleaning. After some back and forth, he finally did clean underneath, but I did not feel as if I should have had to ask twice.

They did fairly well. Did a good job with the carpet, but left a few areas undone. I had to remind them that there was an other room that they agreed to do- the two guys did not communicate well about the job.I had to call them back from outside to finish the work. Two spots in two rooms I found the carpet not tucked in.
