+ 0 moreGreat Job! Darrell Thomas, the owner of the company came out and did the work himself. He is very good, gave big time extra effort to get the spots out of a very marked up rug. I have used Carpet Pros for several years now and have been happy with their work.
Description of Work: Had two carpets, a rug, as well as two unholstered chairs cleaned. The rug had numerous spots on it from markers / crayons / paint.

Description of Work: I called Carpet Pros to request a quote for carpet restretching. We have a large lower level entertainment area carpeted on concrete slab, complicated with a pool table in the room. The originall installer had done some stretching after installation, but the carpet was still bubbled up and loose in several places. Darrell came out to evaluate and offered written quote. We agreed on a price as quoted (Darrell was very fair with pricing) and scheduled appointment. Carpet Pros provided an appointment reminder prior to the scheduled date. They kept in communication also by calling to let me know they were on the way and arrived as promised. They had a smart way to work with the pool table so it was not an issue. They did an Excellent job and I would absolutely recommend them for this service. Darrell, Ingrid and staff were professional and very pleasant to work with. They demonstrated they understand, and take seriously, good customer service and they did everything to provide it. If there was an A+ category I would rate them A+. They did such a good job I don't think I'll need to have that area worked on again, but if a problem appears

+ -1 moreWe received an estimate this morning and they were here after lunch to take care of the area. We are very happy with how quickly they were in treating/cleaning that area for us. This was a commercial cleaning so we needed to have it taken care of as soon as possible which it was. We would recommend this company to others.
Description of Work: We had a toilet leak and the water seeped into the carpet in the room next to it. They came out and treated the area with bacteria killer and cleaned the carpet as well.

Description of Work: The Estimate was done right away. The work schedule was done in a proper time span. However the worker came earlier than expected and was upset when he had to wait. I explained I had told the owner I had a meeting at my other home at a certain time and would not be able to arrive to this home until 4:00 pm. The worker stated he didn't think the owner would have agreed to that time knowing it takes about two hours to complete.

+ -1 moreThe scheduling process was more professional than most healthcare related appointments I make. The information they mailed to me prior to the cleaning was informative and insured that I was well prepared. They called to confirm their arrival. The technician, Josh, arrived at the exact time in a spotless truck, dressed impeccably, with clean and well organized equipment. He worked very hard - nonstop- for several hours. He answered all of my questions and left our house far cleaner than when he arrived.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, a landing and stairway. They now look like new!

+ -1 moreGreat service! I spoke to them on the phone and gave them the details of the problem that I had. I also emailed them photos of the problem and the same day they came back with an estimate to fix the run in my Berber carpet. They were able to get me right in on the schedule and even showed up early, which was a plus. They know their stuff and take great pride in their work. For my problem, it was a little different. I didn't have any spare carpet, it was on a concrete basement floor, and on a seam. He was able to use a piece of equipment that used a newer technology rather than the typical glue seam. It looks perfect. He made some cuts, stretched it out, etc. and you can't even see where the problem was at. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very friendly and had years of experience, which showed in the workmanship. If you need someone that knows their stuff, contact them for your carpet repairs.
Description of Work: Had a run in my Berber carpet. The weave had unraveled approximately 2 feet long.

They are able to get out the worst stains included grease and large spot of spilled paint that a tenant had left on the carpet. They are great to work with and are able to do amazing things with dirty, soiled carpet. They are the only carpet cleaners that I use now for our rental property and home.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet throughout one of our rental houses. Carpet had several stains which he was able to get out.

Description of Work: The owner came out and looked at 3 thresholds of carpet. While vacuuming, the mat at one of the carpet's thresholds got sucked up. He came out and secured the carpet back down. Another threshold had some loose carpet strands. He cut the loose carpet and tucked it back in.

+ 0 moreDarrell came to the house to give me an estimate the same day that I called. They were flexible with scheduling (we broke our service up into two days to work around our work-at-home schedules). The carpet stretcher arrived on time and did a fantastic job taking out the many wrinkles out of our office carpet that have been growing bigger and multiplying over the years. They worked out a way to do it without us having to move our heavy desks and three, stuffed book cases. The carpet cleaner also showed up as scheduled. He took time and care in preparing the rooms for cleaning. The cleaning went quickly, and all moved furniture was carefully returned to its original location (on foam blocks). He explained the process, what to expect, and gave us post-cleaning instructions. The carpet areas that were cleaned turned out great. Noted stains (that I could not get out myself) were easily removed, and the pile in high-traffic areas was restored to "fluffy". We are very pleased with the results and will definitely engage Carpet Pros for future carpet care needs.
Description of Work: Carpet stretching in one room (with lots of office furniture to work around). Carpet cleaning and enzyme treatment in 3 rooms plus hallway.

+ -1 moreCarpet Pros arrived on time, explained the process and drying time, and efficiently and effectively cleaned the carpets. They were able to eliminate several very old, set-in pet stains which other carpet cleaning services weren't able to affect at all. I expressed my concern about the old stains coming back and Carpet Pros said they would return and re-treat the stains at no charge. However, a month later, not one stain has re-appeared.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of all rooms -- family room, bedrooms, den, hall and stairs. Treat and clean old, set-in, pet stains.

+ 0 moreFantastic experience! Darrell (the owner) is a great guy, and very honest. He made some suggestions for the repair I could do myself as an alternative, to save me money at his sacrifice. I opted, instead, to have his crew repair\clean the carpet. I’m glad I did! The carpet looks new, and is completely flawless. There are no signs of any repair. This saved me hundreds of dollars, as I was contemplating replacement of all carpet as well. I have recommended him to another friend needing this service, and will use Carpet Pros again for all my carpet repair\cleaning needs. This is a great, small company that takes pride in their work. They have a staff of experienced employees who have been with the company, and in the field, for years. Everyone showed up on time, and were professional. Just a great experience all the way around, and very reasonably priced as well!

It only took about 2 hours and he did a perfect job. Normally when I get the carpet cleaned it looks the same way it did before after a few days. It still looks great and it has been over a week since I had them out. I would recommend them to anyone in the future and will be using them again for my own home.

Each time they provide service, each individual in the company is personable, professional and prompt in their role in the company. This time, I called to schedule carpet cleaning and left a message. In less than thirty minutes, Ingrid called me back to schedule the cleaning. She was one of the most pleasant people I have ever spoken with. The day of the cleaning, the cleaning professional called me to tell me he was on his way and provided his approximate arrival time. Upon arrival, he, too, was one of the nicest service professionals I have met yet...he interacted with my dogs and made me feel certain that he was going to do an exceptional job cleaning my carpet. + 1 moreI called Darrell to see if he could save my carpet. It was only five years old, but due to the horrible installation job done by Lowes, we were afraid we needed to buy new carpet again! I found this company on Angie's list and called Darrell. He came out the next day, got his men on the job very quickly. They stretched my carpet and removed about four inches of carpet. They also reseamed two seams. It now lays beautifully! No Bumps, ripples or lumps to trip over. Then they cleaned the carpet and the two reclining sofas...The room looks like new for a fraction of the price for new carpet. YEA!!!!! Thanks Carpet Pros!

I was expecting a 2 man crew since there were furniture to be moved before and after the cleaning, but only one person showed up. He did all the mowing without any problems though. They charged what they have estimated, which was a fair price. Didn't bring up charges/fees/tax at the final bill. Overall, great service and high value for the price. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Cleaning of 7 areas (4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and stairs). Moved furniture that is in their moveable list. Don's move TVs or electronics and metal framed furniture.
