We were very pleased overall and will likely use Carpet Pros in the future.

It went OK. Some of the pet stains that had been there a while did not come out completely, but I don't know that it is possible to get those stains out. Overall, they did a good job.

Carpet Pros did an excellent job at both locations. There were stubborn stains in some places that they were able to remove, much to my surprise. I am planning to have some oriental rugs cleaned by them soon.

Great! Very easy to schedule, gave 1 hour window for arrival time and Josh arrived on time. After a quick survey of the carpets, he got to work. At the end we walked thru and looked at everything. The carpets were clean, chairs and other portable furniture had plastic protectors between them and the carpet. Everything was dry within 24 hours, and the carpets look great!

Darrel and his assicate arrived on time and was set up and job completed in time scheduled (1 1/2 hours)..The carpets came out better than expected and my wife and i were completed satisfied with his work and professionalism. We plann on using him again in the future when we do the rest of the house.

I took advantage of an Angie List promotion/ coupon. The experience went very smoothly. The crew arrived during the scheduled period and called ahead to let me know they were coming. They were polite and efficient. They inspected the carpet with me before cleaning to check for stains and again after to make sure I was satisfied. They took care to put down tarps on hardwood floor and corner protectors to insure the hoses would not rub and damage wall corners. I have used Carpet Pros before and will use them again.

Originally, I reviewed them when work was done, prior to any furniture being in place. They came back on 11/26/12 and 12/13/12. The first time, I promptly left a glowing review for the service they had done. They had to come back after that first service to fix some problems I had discovered subsequent to the initial cleaning. The spots didn’t show until the carpet had dried. So they came back out, and indicated that they had gotten rid of those stains. They charged me an additional $89 for that, but it got the same results. They blamed the stains, not on what they did, but on my carpets. They supposedly guarantee their work, but I still had to pay to have that original cleaning re-done. However, I discovered that the stains kept re-appearing. The owner himself came back out and worked on it again, for an additional $70. He let me know at that time that it was impossible to remove it. However, in the process of trying to correct it, a stain that was about 6” across was now a problem area about 4’ across. In every instance that I pointed out an issue, the owner kept saying that the carpet needed to all be replaced. I know that this is untrue, because I have found another carpet cleaner who came in and was able to get all of the stains removed.

They were on time for the appointment. I was happy with their work.

Everything from scheduling the appointment to the finish went smoothly. Technician called about an hour before appointment to inform me he was on his way and he arrived as scheduled. I showed him a couple of high traffic areas that might need extra effort. When he was down he walked me through entire house and made sure I was pleased with his work. The high traffic areas were looking very good as was the entire job. I have used Carpet Pros before and will continue to use for all carpet cleaning needs.

Overall the job went very well and in good time. The 2 men sent were very good at their work and were very professional. We are quite satisfied with Carpet pros (who came very highly recommended) and will use them again when next needed.

Darrell and his helper were great. Very friendly and answered all my questions before starting. They had the work done on time and it looks great.

Arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Worked very efficiently and did an excellent job. The company was very friendly and easy to deal with from getting the estimate to the completion of the work. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Carpet Pros saved my sanity several weeks ago when my son turned my upstairs carpet into a multi-colored swamp. I had never used them before, but Carpet Pros worked me into their schedule that day by pushing back a less urgent job. They were able to siphon off all of the water and get most of the stains out. They returned the following week to attempt to remove the remaining stains but were unable to do so. I had to have that portion of the carpet replaced with a remnant, and Carpet Pros deducted what I previously had paid for the second stain removal attempt from the cost of the carpet replacement. Everyone I worked with was professional and polite. I have since recommended Carpet Pros to two friends.

What a professional group of people! My experience with them was excellent from start to finish. They were very prompt and responsive, from the estimate to the execution of the job. Their staff are very professional, friendly and highly competent. As owners, Ingrid and Darryl are helpful, flexible and concerned with the quality of the work. During the cleaning, Darryl came round to make sure that everything was going well. I was very happy with how the stretching and cleaning went and will use them without hesitation.Highly recommended.

I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate. I was provided with advice on how to address my concerns, which was then proceeded with estimates for the various pieces. The teams dropped in on the scheduled day and did their job. I didn't need any follow ups with these folks or to double check their work. The handling of the job was very crisp.

Our overall experience is good and we will use them again in the future.

Technician called 1/2 hour before appointment and arrived on time. Was very curtious, informative, and professional. Items were cleaned within 1 1/2 hours. The pieces look like new - didn't expect them to turn out as well as they did. Would definately use Carpet Pros again (and not wait so long to get the furniture cleaned!).

I feel terrible, but I do not remember the name of the 2 gentlemen that did the service this trip. Tony, who use to do the work has left the company. However, these guys were trained by Tony and Mr. Thomas and did an outstanding job. I have been using Carpet Pros since 2005 or 2006 and am even more excited about how well they worked with getting 99% of the stains up and a clean carpet overall!

Darrell was punctual, friendly, and professional. He walked through the rooms with me, I pointed out problem areas, and he got to work. The whole job took about 1.5 hours and the results where fantastic. I will be recommending Carpet Pros to my friends and using them again when needed.

Called at 11:30 AM. Installer arrived within one hour and job was done in less than one hour. Extremely professional. Will definitely use this company when we need carpet cleaning and other services. Highly recommend.

I received all of the information that I needed on the first call to Carpet Pros. I received an estimate over the phone for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and I was told that a technician would come on the same day as my scheduled cleaning and provide an estimate on carpet stretching. I could then choose to have the work done at that time, or not at all, or reschedule for a later date. Carpet Pros worked around our schedule as we had to change our original appointment. The technicians arrived on time and did a thorough job. The company was 100% professional from first contact to completion of service. I would definitely use them again.
